Sa i p\u00ebrket nj\u00eb vendimi ndryshe, at\u00ebher\u00eb un\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr vendin, p\u00ebr faktin se shteti serb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb momentum ta shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ta delegjitimuar edhe intervenimin e NATO-s, por mbase edhe vet\u00eb shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit\u201d, tha&nbsp;Ardian Bajraktari, avokat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avokati Skender Musa konsideron se lufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb legalizuar nga Gjykata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSa i p\u00ebrket legjitimitetit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit shqiptar, luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb aktgjykimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, e cila e ka sqaruar shum\u00eb qart\u00eb q\u00eb shpallja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e ligjshme, n\u00eb pajtim me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Duke pasur parasysh q\u00eb pavar\u00ebsia ka ardhur si derivat i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, ajo gjykat\u00eb, sipas interpretimit ton\u00eb, e ka konfirmuar edhe legjitimitetin e luft\u00ebs. Nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb asnj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb apo prokurori ta kontestoj\u00eb ligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e nj\u00eb lufte \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb okupuesi.
