Aleksandar Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, e p\u00ebrfundon mandatin e tij n\u00eb mosbesim t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie shum\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija me Malin e Zi, t\u00eb cilin nuk e konsideron shtet sovran, por nj\u00eb zon\u00eb ku Serbia duhet t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim vendimtar politik, shoq\u00ebror dhe identitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb me rajonin, i cili, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb politike fqinj\u00ebsie t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe respekti t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, e p\u00ebrdori at\u00eb si nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb \u200b\u200bp\u00ebr llogaritje politike dhe ruajtje t\u00eb pushtetit. Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 po p\u00ebrpiqet ta paraqes\u00eb veten si nj\u00eb partner ky\u00e7 t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit n\u00eb Ballkan, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb suksesi i Podgoric\u00ebs mund ta relativizoj\u00eb at\u00eb pozicion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00ebshtu thon\u00eb bashk\u00ebbiseduesit e Danas p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Podgoric\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb vitit, vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, “boshtet e luft\u00ebs” dhe retorika ndaj Kroacis\u00eb dhe Bosnj\u00ebs e Hercegovin\u00ebs zbulohen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb vuajtjeve t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e viteve 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tani ishte radha e Malit t\u00eb Zi, vendimi i t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb delegacion n\u00eb Mrkonji\u0107 Grad p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrvjetorin e Stuhis\u00eb, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues n\u00eb Knin p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar veprimin e ushtris\u00eb kroate, e zem\u00ebroi Vu\u00e7i\u00e7in, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madje, n\u00eb fjalimin e tij n\u00eb Mrkonji\u0107 Grad, Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 tha se mendonte se kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Malit t\u00eb Zi, disa vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd<\/strong><\/a> , q\u00eb t\u00eb mos shkonin n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimoren e Bljeskos. Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 faj\u00ebson Malin e Zi, si\u00e7 tha ai, p\u00ebr “kat\u00ebr her\u00eb akuza p\u00ebr gjenocid”.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daliborka Uljarevi\u0107, drejtoresh\u00eb ekzekutive e Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Edukim Qytetar nga Mali i Zi, i thot\u00eb gazet\u00ebs Danas se q\u00ebndrimi aktual i Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it ndaj Malit t\u00eb Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdim i politik\u00ebs q\u00eb ai ka udh\u00ebhequr prej vitesh – deklarativisht miq\u00ebsore, por n\u00eb thelb paternaliste dhe nd\u00ebrhyr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ai kurr\u00eb nuk e pranoi Malin e Zi si nj\u00eb shtet plot\u00ebsisht sovran, por si nj\u00eb zon\u00eb ku Serbia duhet t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim vendimtar politik, shoq\u00ebror dhe identitar – thekson ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajo deklaron se n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, fakti q\u00eb Mali i Zi po p\u00ebrparon drejt BE-s\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb shpejt se Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht politikisht i paduruesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Kjo e r\u00ebndon m\u00eb tej qeverin\u00eb e tij tashm\u00eb t\u00eb tronditur, e cila p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb si lidere e padiskutueshme e integrimit evropian n\u00eb rajon. Megjithat\u00eb, q\u00ebndrimi i Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it ndaj Malit t\u00eb Zi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shprehje e frustrimit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb progresit t\u00eb tij evropian, por nj\u00eb kombinim i nevojave t\u00eb brendshme politike, ambicieve dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeje t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur ndikimin dominues politik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb – thot\u00eb bashk\u00ebbiseduesi yn\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sipas saj, disa nga aktor\u00ebt politik\u00eb q\u00eb sot formojn\u00eb qeverin\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi kan\u00eb mbajtur prej koh\u00ebsh marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb ngushta me Vu\u00e7i\u00e7in dhe nuk e kan\u00eb fshehur mb\u00ebshtetjen e tyre te Beogradi n\u00eb proceset kryesore politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Kjo krijoi nj\u00eb asimetri politike nga e cila Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 padyshim nxjerr pritjen q\u00eb Mali i Zi sot ta p\u00ebrshtas\u00eb politik\u00ebn e tij me interesat e tij. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse heshtja e Podgoric\u00ebs zyrtare ndaj fyerjeve t\u00eb shpeshta q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga Beogradi, qoft\u00eb nga Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, qoft\u00eb nga media dhe besnik\u00ebt politik\u00eb pran\u00eb tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e habitshme. Por asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb justifikim p\u00ebr t\u00eb sfiduar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Malit t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur politik\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb jashtme, rrug\u00ebn evropiane dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet n\u00eb rajon – shpjegon ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uljarevi\u0107 pohon se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00eb mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen vet\u00ebm mbi respektin e nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb p\u00ebr sovranitetin dhe barazin\u00eb, dhe jo mbi pritjen e bindjes politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Megjithat\u00eb, nj\u00eb qasje e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb pritet nga Aleksandar Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, politika e t\u00eb cilit bazohet n\u00eb dominimin personal, kontrollin dhe nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme nga realiteti politik – thot\u00eb Uljarevi\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ksenija Markovi\u0107, sekretarja nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e DS-s\u00eb, mendon n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, e cila i thot\u00eb Danas se Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 do ta l\u00ebr\u00eb Serbin\u00eb me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb prishura me Malin e Zi dhe me mosbesimin e thell\u00eb q\u00eb ka prodhuar sistematikisht p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– N\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb politike fqinj\u00ebsie t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe respekti t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, rajoni u p\u00ebrdor si hap\u00ebsir\u00eb \u200b\u200bp\u00ebr llogaritje politike dhe ruajtjen e pushtetit t\u00eb vet – pohon ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Kur ke shkat\u00ebrruar besimin me fqinj\u00ebt e tu m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh q\u00eb gjestet simbolike t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb humbur – thekson ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dhe ai shpjegon se Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 i shnd\u00ebrroi temat dhe p\u00ebrkujtimet m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme historike n\u00eb nj\u00eb instrument t\u00eb politik\u00ebs ditore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb vende kujtimi dhe pajtimi, ato jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet p\u00ebr mobilizim politik dhe thellim t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeve n\u00eb rajon. Nj\u00eb politik\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk u solli asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, por na distancoi m\u00eb tej nga fqinj\u00ebt dhe partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb evropian\u00eb – thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dhe ai thekson se q\u00ebndrimi i tij ndaj Malit t\u00eb Zi, t\u00eb cilin ai kurr\u00eb nuk e pranoi si nj\u00eb shtet sovran q\u00eb merr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur vendimet e veta politike, \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht simptomatik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb e qart\u00eb se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i frustruar nga p\u00ebrparimi i Malit t\u00eb Zi drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE. N\u00ebse Podgorica b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtari i ardhsh\u00ebm i BE-s\u00eb, kjo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb prova m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se politika e zgjerimit \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e mundur, por edhe prova m\u00eb bind\u00ebse e d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Aleksandar Vu\u00e7i\u00e7. – Nga perspektiva e tij, Podgorica ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton nj\u00eb identitet modern malazez duke u distancuar nga Serbia, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ilustrohet nga l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb tilla si njohja e Kosov\u00ebs, pjes\u00ebmarrja e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve shtet\u00ebror\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtimin e “Stuhis\u00eb” ose q\u00ebndrimi ndaj Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse Serbe.
