N\u00ebse hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk ka interpretim shtes\u00eb t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb Kushtetueses ose nuk ka edhe sanksion, shpresoj dhe besoj q\u00eb brenda dit\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje pozitive\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I pyetur n\u00ebse LDK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb skenari p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e seanc\u00ebs konstituive t\u00eb Kuvendit, Zemaj tha se partia e tij nuk ka qen\u00eb e informuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJo, ne nuk kemi qen\u00eb as t\u00eb njoftuar, nuk kemi qen\u00eb as t\u00eb informuar.
