P\u00ebrderisa gjysma e k\u00ebtyre gjobave tashm\u00eb jan\u00eb shlyer, pjesa tjet\u00ebr po trajtohet n\u00eb procedur\u00eb t\u00eb ankesave.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agjencia ka d\u00ebrguar dhjet\u00ebra kall\u00ebzime penale n\u00eb Prokurori p\u00ebr dyshime rreth fshehjes ose deklarimit t\u00eb rrem\u00eb t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, duke e zhvendosur k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje nga thjesht gjoba administrative n\u00eb raste t\u00eb r\u00ebnda penale n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e shqyrtimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbi 60 zyrtar\u00eb publik\u00eb jan\u00eb gjobitur nga Agjencia p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit, p\u00ebr mosdeklarim t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb brenda afatit ligjor, ku gjysma e gjobave jan\u00eb shlyer dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb procedur\u00eb ankesash. Agjencia p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit n\u00ebnvizon se vonesat lidhen me ndryshimet n\u00eb pushtetin lokal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKemi num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve nga Institucionet q\u00eb kan\u00eb numrim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb subjektit deklaruese si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Policia, ATK, Doganat, poashtu kemi num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrmenda edhe nga niveli lokal\u201d, tha Yll Buleshkaj, drejtor i&nbsp;Agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjobat e shqiptuara nga Agjencia p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit, p\u00ebr vones\u00eb n\u00eb deklarimin e pasuris\u00eb arrijn\u00eb vler\u00ebn deri n\u00eb 500 euro, duke u zbatuar si mas\u00eb e prer\u00eb administrative n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Shumat e gjobave variojn\u00eb, jan\u00eb 30 p\u00ebrqind e pag\u00ebs var\u00ebsisht nga shuma q\u00eb kan\u00eb pranuar si pag\u00eb deri n\u00eb 500 euro. Po them, ne nuk kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur fare q\u00eb kemi qen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar ta kryejm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, por \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim ligjor zyrtar p\u00ebr ta kryer e pasuris\u00eb, e jo p\u00ebr ta mbikqyrur dhe n\u00eb qoft\u00ebse shkelet ai obligim, pasojn\u00eb gjobat&#8221;, shtoi Buleshkaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 gjobave administrative, procesi ka kaluar edhe n\u00eb rrafshin penal. Agjencia ka d\u00ebrguar dhjet\u00ebra kall\u00ebzime n\u00eb Prokurori p\u00ebr raste q\u00eb dyshohet se fsheh\u00ebn apo manipuluan pasurin\u00eb.
