Shkelja e rendit kushtetues dhe mosrespektimi i aktvendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb decidit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se 30 dit\u00eb pas certifikimit t\u00eb rezultateve zgjedhore Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb konstituohet.
