Dhe unw se kuptoj pse nuk i kan\u00eb protokoluar n\u00ebnshkrimet. 40 n\u00ebnshkrime nuk jan\u00eb drejtuar Avni Deharit, prandaj nuk e kuptoj pse nuk i kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ata kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb seance \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq e thjesht\u00eb. Njoftimi q\u00eb ne do t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb ka ndodhur, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamjaftueshme duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb protokolohen, nuk po e kuptoj pse nuk ka ndodhur. Sa kan\u00eb ardhur k\u00ebtu dhe kan\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb konferenca s\u00eb jan\u00eb mbyllur dyert p\u00ebr deputet\u00ebt kan\u00eb mundur shume thjeshte\u201d, tha Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se dyert e Kuvendit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb mbyllura pasi nuk kishte seanc\u00eb plenare t\u00eb thirrur zyrtarisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cS\u2019i kemi pasur 40 n\u00ebnshkrime. S\u2019jemi njoftuar se jan\u00eb protokolluar. As kryesuesi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar se jan\u00eb protokolluar 40 n\u00ebnshkrime. Kur protokollohen dor\u00ebzohen te zyra p\u00ebr parashtresa, e kryesuesi obligohet t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00eb seanc\u00ebn konstituive. Kjo nuk ka ndodhur. Ka edhe m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera se si thirret seanca e Kuvendit, qeveria dhe kryesia e Kuvendit. S\u2019ka ndodhur asnj\u00ebra dhe s\u2019ka pasur askush p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi nga administrata q\u00eb t\u00eb vije p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb s\u2019ka pasur seanc\u00eb zyrtarisht. Kur ftohet zyrtarisht seanca, natyrisht q\u00eb dyert hapen dhe i gjith\u00eb stafi \u00ebsht\u00eb aty\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Haxhiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn politike, Haxhiu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se duket se ekziston nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb vendi t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb s\u00ebrish n\u00eb zgjedhje, nd\u00ebrsa ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk i duhet Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKushdo q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes veprimeve t\u00eb tilla ta \u00e7oj\u00eb vendin n\u00eb zgjedhje, mendoj se e ka shum\u00eb gabim, sepse qytetar\u00ebt na kan\u00eb votuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuuar p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje, e jo q\u00eb t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi q\u00eb ta \u00e7ojm\u00eb vendin n\u00eb zgjedhje.
