As nuk kemi nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u2018Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb Madhe\u2019 p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur Kosov\u00ebn. Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete\u201d, ka shkruar Rama n\u00eb X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri shqiptar u shpreh se Kosova ka institucionet dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar t\u00eb ardhmen, nd\u00ebrsa theksoi se Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb ta mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb lidhje me pretendimet serbe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, Rama p\u00ebrdori nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSerbia e humbi Kosov\u00ebn. P\u00ebrs\u00ebritja e asaj q\u00eb nuk e humbi ndoshta mund ta kthej\u00eb humbjen n\u00eb fitore n\u00eb gjeografin\u00eb e imagjinat\u00ebs politike, por p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq hartat jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme\u201d, ka theksuar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke iu rikthyer \u00e7\u00ebshtjes q\u00eb nxiti p\u00ebrplasjen, Rama e p\u00ebrshkroi lumin Ib\u00ebr si nj\u00eb sistem nd\u00ebrkufitar ujor. Sipas tij, Serbia mund t\u00eb menaxhoj\u00eb burimet ujore brenda juridiksionit t\u00eb saj, por pasojat p\u00ebr vendet e tjera nuk mund t\u00eb injorohen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIbri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem nd\u00ebrkufitar ujor. Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e lir\u00eb t\u00eb menaxhoj\u00eb burimet brenda juridiksionit t\u00eb saj. Ajo q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb argumentoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb arsyeshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se pasojat e mundshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr ndalen magjikisht n\u00eb kufirin serb&#8221;, ka shkruar Rama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rama iu referua edhe parimeve t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr uj\u00ebrat nd\u00ebrkufitare, duke argumentuar se rrjedha e nj\u00eb lumi nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet nga p\u00ebrplasjet politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLumenjt\u00eb kan\u00eb zakonin e pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ndjekin gjeografin\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb pikave diplomatike t\u00eb diskutimit\u201d, ka theksuar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rama: Territori i Kosov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb territor serb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb reagimin e tij, Rama tha se territori dhe burimet natyrore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb trajtohen si pjes\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTerritori i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb territor serb dhe burimet natyrore q\u00eb ndodhen brenda tij nuk jan\u00eb burime t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Rama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi gjithashtu se Shqip\u00ebria mb\u00ebshtet t\u00eb drejtat e komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb sigurin\u00eb, pron\u00ebn, gjuh\u00ebn dhe trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore e fetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rama tha se Tirana k\u00ebrkon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira me Beogradin dhe integrimin evropian t\u00eb rajonit, por kjo, sipas tij, nuk mund t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb pranimin e interpretimeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe e respektojm\u00eb Serbin\u00eb, duam marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira fqinj\u00ebsore me Serbin\u00eb dhe duam t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin brenda Evrop\u00ebs \u2013 Serbin\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb\u201d, ka shkruar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb mbyllje, kryeministri shqiptar iu rikthye metafor\u00ebs s\u00eb lumit Ib\u00ebr, duke e p\u00ebrmbledhur q\u00ebndrimin e tij me nj\u00eb fraz\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb:<br>\u201cIbri, plot\u00ebsisht i pavet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kartografin\u00eb ton\u00eb historike, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb sipas gjeografis\u00eb dhe jo sipas folklorit.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Edi Rama, ka reaguar pas debatit t\u00eb fundit mes Tiran\u00ebs dhe Beogradit lidhur me lumin Ib\u00ebr dhe deklaratave serbe p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ndryshimit t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.
