Ata kan\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar se do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb veprimet e tyre dhe, sikurse nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputetja e Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PDK), Vlora \u00c7itaku, ka deklaruar se q\u00ebndrimi i deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie para objektit t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ndonj\u00eb pu\u00e7, por, sipas saj, rikthimin e funksionimit kushtetues t\u00eb institucioneve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7itaku tha se kryeministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Albin Kurti, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend dhe t\u00eb angazhohet p\u00ebr konstituimin e tij dhe formimin e institucioneve t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe k\u00ebtu jemi me nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm: t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb rivendosjen e ligjit, Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb vend\u201d, deklaroi \u00c7itaku para mediave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo tha se Kurti&nbsp;po q\u00ebndron n\u00eb objektin e Qeveris\u00eb pa mbik\u00ebqyrje parlamentare, duke e cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb si uzurpim t\u00eb institucioneve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebto zyra jan\u00eb t\u00eb uzurpuara nga nj\u00eb deputet. Dhe po aq sa ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ai t\u00eb jet\u00eb aty, po aq kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb edhe ne\u201d, tha \u00c7itaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke iu referuar q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb para Qeveris\u00eb, ajo theksoi se q\u00ebllimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marrja e institucioneve me forc\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuk jemi ne k\u00ebtu me b\u00ebr\u00eb pu\u00e7! Ne jemi k\u00ebtu me i th\u00ebn\u00eb Albin Kurtit: Eja n\u00eb Kuvend, shumic\u00ebn e ke, nd\u00ebrroje qeverin\u00eb dhe ecim tutje\u201d, u shpreh ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7itaku ngriti gjithashtu pik\u00ebpyetje mbi vendimet q\u00eb, sipas saj, jan\u00eb marr\u00eb nga Qeveria pa mbik\u00ebqyrje parlamentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKush jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb marrin vendime, me \u00e7far\u00eb mandati, k\u00ebtu n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb?\u201d, pyeti ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se PDK-ja do t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr thirrjen e nj\u00eb seance dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat tha se do t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb publike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJemi k\u00ebtu me ia kujtuar detyr\u00ebn. Nuk kemi me u ndalur\u201d, p\u00ebrfundoi \u00c7itaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe deputeti i PDK-s\u00eb, Enver Hoxhaj, ka kritikuar situat\u00ebn politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke e akuzuar Qeverin\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr tejkalim t\u00eb kompetencave dhe shkelje t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoxhaj tha se pas tri pal\u00eb zgjedhjeve nacionale, vendi ndodhet ende pa institucione t\u00eb konsoliduara, nd\u00ebrsa sipas tij, Qeveria dhe ministrat kan\u00eb q\u00ebndruar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKy zot\u00ebri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb deputet zaptues, nj\u00eb deputet uzurpator i cili e ka uzurpuar zyr\u00ebn e Kryeministrit\u201d, deklaroi Hoxhaj, duke iu referuar Albin Kurtit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi se edhe nga p\u00ebrvoja e tij si minist\u00ebr, pas certifikimit si deputet kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb detyr\u00ebn ministrore dhe kishte vazhduar vet\u00ebm si deputet i Kuvendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDK-ja thekson se p\u00ebrs\u00ebri do t\u2019i drejtoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb Avni Deharit p\u00ebr mbajtjen e seanc\u00ebs konstituive pas 48 or\u00ebve dhe aktivitetin e saj PDK do ta zhvendos\u00eb edhe jasht\u00eb Kuvendit n\u00eb forma m\u00eb t\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb mobilizimit politik, demokratik dhe qytetar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PDK para hyrjes s\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, k\u00ebrkon rikthimin e rendit kushtetues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputet\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (PDK) jan\u00eb hyrjen e objektit t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb aksionit t\u00eb tyre politik kund\u00ebr situat\u00ebs aktuale institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputet\u00ebt jan\u00eb mbledhur para nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, duke deklaruar se veprimi \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e masave q\u00eb, sipas tyre, synojn\u00eb rikthimin e rendit kushtetues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRepublik\u00eb \u2013 Kushtetut\u00eb!\u201d, kan\u00eb shkruar ata, duke theksuar se nuk do t\u00eb ndalen deri n\u00eb, si\u00e7 shprehen, \u201crikthimin e rendit kushtetues dhe fitoren e Republik\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veprimi vjen n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasjeve t\u00eb fundit politike dhe k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb lidhur me funksionimin e institucioneve t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deputet\u00eb t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb q\u00ebndruar para hyrjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb thirret seanca konstituive e Kuvendit.
