Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, d\u00ebmi material i shkaktuar nga zjarri arrin n\u00eb 969.435 euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb njoftimin e Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb thuhet se pas zhvillimit t\u00eb hetimeve, mbledhjes dhe analizimit t\u00eb provave, \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj SH.T. dhe F.S. p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cZjarrv\u00ebnia\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa ndaj B.H., I.M. dhe RR.A. p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cShtytje nga zjarrv\u00ebnia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndaj F.S. r\u00ebndon edhe akuza p\u00ebr \u201cPengimin e t\u00eb provuarit apo procedur\u00ebs zyrtare\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, zjarri ishte v\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb 14 shkurt 2025, rreth or\u00ebs 04:53, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cEpiri\u201d. Prokuroria pretendon se SH.T. dhe F.S., n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje dhe pas shtytjes nga RR.A., kan\u00eb kryer zjarrv\u00ebnien n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimi prej 3 mij\u00eb eurosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSi pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtij veprimi, t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarve u \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebm material n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 969.435 euro\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e Prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktakuza p\u00ebrfshin edhe nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb zjarrv\u00ebnies, q\u00eb lidhet me periudh\u00ebn nga shtatori deri m\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor 2025, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, B.H. dhe I.M., s\u00eb bashku me persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, dyshohet se kan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb nj\u00eb person ende t\u00eb paidentifikuar q\u00eb t\u2019i v\u00ebr\u00eb zjarrin automjetit \u201cRange Rover\u201d t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit S.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQ\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij veprimi ka qen\u00eb hakmarrja, pasi t\u00eb pandehurit konsideronin se F.S. dhe SH.T. ishin arrestuar si rezultat i veprimeve t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit S.S.\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si pasoj\u00eb e djegies s\u00eb automjetit, sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebm material prej 54.892,72 eurosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokurori i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes i ka propozuar Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb q\u00eb, pas mbajtjes s\u00eb shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor dhe administrimit t\u00eb provave, t\u00eb pandehurit t\u2019i shpall\u00eb fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr veprat penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat akuzohen dhe t\u2019i d\u00ebnoj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00eb pandehurit konsiderohen t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm derisa faj\u00ebsia e tyre t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetohet me nj\u00eb vendim p\u00ebrfundimtar gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj pes\u00eb personave lidhur me zjarrin q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshiu nj\u00eb diskotek\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn industriale Prishtin\u00eb\u2013Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, m\u00eb 14 shkurt 2025.
