{"id":27622,"date":"2026-08-13T17:24:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-13T15:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=27622"},"modified":"2026-08-13T20:07:20","modified_gmt":"2026-08-13T18:07:20","slug":"npb-se-i-bllokohen-llogarite-bankare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/08\/13\/npb-se-i-bllokohen-llogarite-bankare\/","title":{"rendered":"NPB-s\u00eb i bllokohen llogarit\u00eb bankare"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nd\u00ebrmarrja Publike Banesore ka njoftuar se llogarit\u00eb e saj bankare jan\u00eb bllokuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb procedure p\u00ebrmbarimore q\u00eb lidhet me kontestin gjyq\u00ebsor p\u00ebr projektin n\u00eb Lakrisht\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas NPB-s\u00eb, kontesti buron nga nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb e lidhur m\u00eb 17 maj 2021 nga administrata e kaluar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmarrja pretendon se d\u00ebmton interesin publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NPB-ja thot\u00eb se e ka kund\u00ebrshtuar vendimmarrjen n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha instancat juridike, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 24 qershor 2026 ka ushtruar revizion n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Supreme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrmes revizionit, nd\u00ebrmarrja pretendon se ka ngritur \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb lidhen me shkelje procedurale, zbatim t\u00eb gabuar t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs materiale, p\u00ebrcaktimin e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb NPB-s\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e llogaritjes s\u00eb mbi 32 milion\u00eb eurove si fitim i humbur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas nd\u00ebrmarrjes, b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr mjete q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb investuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, por q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb kontestin financiar si fitim i humbur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNd\u00ebrmarrja Publike Banesore \u00ebsht\u00eb thell\u00ebsisht e bindur se argumentet juridike dhe faktike t\u00eb paraqitura n\u00eb revizion, pas shqyrtimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb nga Gjykata Supreme, do t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb me nj\u00eb vendim n\u00eb favor t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjes publike dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb interesit publik\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, NPB-ja thot\u00eb se vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pas ushtrimit t\u00eb revizionit \u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb urdhri p\u00ebrmbarimor dhe se procedura ka vazhduar deri n\u00eb bllokimin e llogarive bankare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo nd\u00ebrmarrje ngre shqet\u00ebsime edhe p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si po zhvillohen paralelisht procedura p\u00ebrmbarimore dhe ajo gjyq\u00ebsore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas NPB-s\u00eb, revizioni ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga Gjykata Komerciale n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Supreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPse p\u00ebrmbarimi po ec\u00ebn me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb revizioni, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit k\u00ebrkohet kontrolli i ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vet\u00eb vendimit, ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb instanc\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore?\u201d, thuhet tutje n\u00eb komunikat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrmarrja paralajm\u00ebron se bllokimi i llogarive mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasoja p\u00ebrtej aspektit financiar.
