Pretendimi i kund\u00ebrt \u00ebsht\u00eb dezinformim\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Komuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Komun\u00ebs, k\u00ebrkuesve u jan\u00eb ofruar vendimet e legalizimit, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb dokumentacionit u \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar konsultimi i dosjeve n\u00eb ambientet e Komun\u00ebs, n\u00eb nj\u00eb termin t\u00eb dakorduar paraprakisht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebrkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin. K\u00ebrkuesve u jan\u00eb ofruar vendimet e legalizimit, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr dokumentacionin tjet\u00ebr u \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar konsultimi i dosjeve n\u00eb ambientet e Kryeqytetit, n\u00eb termin t\u00eb dakorduar paraprakisht\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e Komun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Komuna ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se dosjet p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna personale dhe private t\u00eb personave fizik\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat, sipas saj, nuk mund t\u2019i shp\u00ebrndaj\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTransparenca nuk n\u00ebnkupton shkelje t\u00eb ligjit dhe as ekspozim t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb mbrojtura.
