{"id":27824,"date":"2026-08-14T21:51:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T19:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=27824"},"modified":"2026-08-14T22:52:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T20:52:09","slug":"daciq-30-dite-paraburgim-per-shqiptarin-e-arrestuar-ne-kufirin-serbi-kroaci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/08\/14\/daciq-30-dite-paraburgim-per-shqiptarin-e-arrestuar-ne-kufirin-serbi-kroaci\/","title":{"rendered":"Da\u00e7iq: 30 dit\u00eb paraburgim p\u00ebr shqiptarin e arrestuar n\u00eb kufirin Serbi-Kroaci"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/shareArticle?mini=true&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rtklive.com%2Fsq%2Fnews-single.php%3FID%3D731548\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i Serbis\u00eb dhe ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, Ivica Da\u00e7iq, ka deklaruar se D.M i arrestuar n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare mes Serbis\u00eb dhe Kroacis\u00eb, i \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar masa e paraburgimit deri n\u00eb 30 dit\u00eb.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Da\u00e7iqit, D.M, 47-vje\u00e7ar, po mbahet n\u00ebn dyshimet e autoriteteve serbe p\u00ebr pretendime lidhur me krime ndaj civil\u00ebve gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da\u00e7iq ka pretenduar se ekzistojn\u00eb \u201cbaza dyshimi\u201d se Maxhuni ka kryer krime ndaj pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb dy familjeve gjat\u00eb qershorit t\u00eb vitit 1999 n\u00eb fshatin Bec t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se pas ndalimit fillestar prej 48 or\u00ebsh, Maxhuni \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar para Prokuroris\u00eb p\u00ebr Krime Lufte n\u00eb Beograd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPas vendimit t\u00eb gjyqtarit t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs paraprake t\u00eb Dhom\u00ebs p\u00ebr Krime Lufte t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd, atij i \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar paraburgimi deri n\u00eb 30 dit\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar Da\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, kishte njoftuar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb edhe avokati nga Kosova, Arianit Koci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koci kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se Dugagjin Maxhuni, nga Beci i Gjakov\u00ebs, i lindur m\u00eb 10 maj 1979, ishte ndaluar nga autoritetet serbe gjat\u00eb kalimit t\u00eb kufirit Serbi-Kroaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFillimisht \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr verifikim. Pas disa or\u00ebsh, familja \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb transferuar n\u00eb Beograd dhe se procedurat ndaj tij po vazhdojn\u00eb\u201d, kishte shkruar Koci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai kishte theksuar se n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk ishin t\u00eb qarta rrethanat dhe baza juridike e ndalimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebr momentin ende nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb qarta rrethanat dhe baza juridike e ndalimit. Jam duke i verifikuar informacionet dhe duke e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb rastin\u201d, kishte deklaruar Koci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serbia koh\u00ebt e fundit ka intensifikuar arrestimet e shtetasve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kryesisht shqiptar\u00ebve, n\u00ebn pretendimet p\u00ebr dyshime lidhur me krime lufte gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb viteve 1998-1999 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministria e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme dhe Diaspor\u00ebs e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb reagimet e saj p\u00ebr raste t\u00eb ngjashme, ka shprehur shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr, si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb, \u201cintensifikimin e rasteve t\u00eb arrestimeve arbitrare dhe t\u00eb paprovokuara t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga autoritetet e Serbis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MPJD-ja i ka cil\u00ebsuar k\u00ebto arrestime si \u201cpraktika t\u00eb papranueshme dhe destruktive t\u00eb autoriteteve serbe\u201d, duke k\u00ebrkuar edhe reagim nga bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministria gjithashtu u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje shtetasve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb shmangin udh\u00ebtimet p\u00ebrmes territorit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i Serbis\u00eb dhe ministri i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, Ivica Da\u00e7iq, ka deklaruar se D.M i arrestuar n\u00eb pik\u00ebn kufitare mes Serbis\u00eb dhe Kroacis\u00eb, i \u00ebsht\u00eb caktuar masa e paraburgimit deri n\u00eb 30 dit\u00eb.
