Sh. \u201cE. I.\u201d, me emrin e biznesit V. S. T. dhe p\u00ebr interesin financiar q\u00eb ky i fundit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte nga vendimi i n\u00ebnshkruar prej tij. P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, pjes\u00ebmarrja e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendimmarrje ka qen\u00eb e q\u00ebllimshme dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me detyrimet ligjore q\u00eb burojn\u00eb nga funksioni publik q\u00eb ushtronte\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prishtine.gjyqesori-rks.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/verdicts\/PR__2022-113255_SQ.pdf\">aktgjykim<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasti lidhet me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb marr\u00eb gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur Shala drejtonte Ministrin\u00eb e Industris\u00eb dhe Tregtis\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij vendimi, biznesi \u201cEuro Inspekt\u201d, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb baxhanakut t\u00eb tij, ishte caktuar p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e konformitetit t\u00eb karburanteve t\u00eb naft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata ka vler\u00ebsuar se Shala kishte p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb deklaronte interesin dhe t\u00eb mos merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procesin vendimmarr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI pandehuri Endrit Shala duke qen\u00eb person zyrtar dhe duke pasur dijeni p\u00ebr rrethanat q\u00eb krijonin konflikt interesi, ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje zyrtare. Prandaj, gjykata vler\u00ebson se mosdeklarimi i interesit t\u00eb personave t\u00eb af\u00ebrm me t\u00eb dhe moslargimi nga vendimmarrja, s\u00eb bashku me faktin e nxjerrjes s\u00eb vendimit q\u00eb ka krijuar mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr realizimin e interesit financiar t\u00eb personit t\u00eb af\u00ebrm p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rrethana q\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb elementet objektive dhe subjektive t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale konflikti i interesit\u201d, theksohet n\u00eb aktgjykim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria Speciale kishte pretenduar se p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij veprimi biznesi i baxhanakut t\u00eb Shal\u00ebs ishte pasuruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme me rreth 732 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vendimi p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin e ish-ministrit ishte shpallur n\u00eb qershor, nd\u00ebrsa arsyetimi i plot\u00eb i gjykat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik tani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn aktakuz\u00eb ishte edhe ish-ministri Vesel Krasniqi, aktualisht n\u00ebnkryetar i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Malishev\u00ebs.
