Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme jan\u00eb administruar prova t\u00eb reja materiale, n\u00eb mesine t\u00eb cilave edhe nj\u00eb vide incizim ku shihet nj\u00ebri nga t\u00eb akuzuarit, Kreshnik Mehmetaj, duke sht\u00ebn\u00eb me arm\u00eb n\u00eb bjeshk\u00ebt e De\u00e7anit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasi ka mohuar pretendimet se Prokuroria kishte fshehur prova, duke theksuar se edhe raporti i g\u00ebzhojave ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shkresave t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs q\u00eb nga fillimi i hetimeve, prokurorja e rastit Saide Gashi tha se Prokuroria e Shtetit e respekton vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr rihapjen e shqyrtimit gjyq\u00ebsor dhe mir\u00ebpret administrimin e \u00e7do prove e cila mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb zbardhjen e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gashi tha se gjat\u00eb hetimeve lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb jan\u00eb proceduar mbi 86 persona, jan\u00eb ekzaminuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 40 incizime dhe jan\u00eb kontrolluar dhjet\u00ebra lokacione tjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq pasi i \u00ebsht\u00eb referuar videos ku v\u00ebrehet Kreshnik Mehmetaj duke sht\u00ebn\u00eb me arm\u00eb, prokurorja Gashi tha se lokacioni n\u00eb bjeshk\u00ebt e De\u00e7anit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb poligon publik ku nd\u00ebr vite kan\u00eb sht\u00ebn\u00eb persona t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, sipas saj, gjetja e g\u00ebzhojave n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb lidhet automatikisht me ngjarjen kriminale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gashi tutje shtoi se Prokuroria nuk operon me supozime, por me konkluzione t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb ekspertiza, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebn shkencore t\u00eb videoincizimeve, ekspertiz\u00ebn e g\u00ebzhojave, municionit t\u00eb gjetur n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e t\u00eb akuzuarve n\u00eb Gllogjan dhe ekspertiz\u00ebn e fishekut t\u00eb therur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq n\u00eb vazhdim pasuan fjal\u00ebt p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb pal\u00ebve n\u00eb procedur\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndryshe, Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti ka rihapur gjykimin ndaj Halil, Kastriot dhe Kreshnik Mehmetaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit dyshohet se kan\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, nd\u00ebrsa motivi i sulmit lidhet me hakmarrjen ndaj shoferit t\u00eb autobusit, Gani Gjokaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sulmi ndodhi n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2021, kur autobusi q\u00eb qarkullonte n\u00eb relacionin Gjakov\u00eb &#8211; Gllogjan u q\u00ebllua me arm\u00eb zjarri e ku p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb, mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb vrar\u00eb tre persona nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr qe plagosur r\u00ebnd\u00eb.<br><br>Sipas avokatit t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuara, Arianit Koci, vendimi p\u00ebrfundimtar do t\u00eb shpallet m\u00eb 24 gusht t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti n\u00eb ora 14.30.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Pej\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rihapur gjykimi p\u00ebr vrasjen e trefisht\u00eb n\u00eb Gllogjan.
