Pretendimet p\u00ebr keqtrajtim jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e hetimit t\u00eb IPK-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia eventuale e zyrtar\u00ebve pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb procesit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspektorati Policor i Kosov\u00ebs mbr\u00ebm\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb komunikate ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt ka filluar sipas detyr\u00ebs zyrtare nj\u00eb hetim paraprak me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb verifikimit t\u00eb pretendimeve dhe sqarimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fakteve dhe rrethanave relevante q\u00eb lidhen me rastin rreth veprimeve policore gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb operacioni policor t\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb Dren t\u00eb Zubin Potokut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHetimet e IPK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb filluar bazuar n\u00eb raportimet mediale dhe deklaratat publike t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 11 gusht 2026 lidhur me pretendimet nga qytetari me inicialet N. R ndaj disa pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr tejkalim t\u00eb autorizimeve policore. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij hetimi, pas nd\u00ebrmarrjes s\u00eb disa veprimeve hetimore, IPK&nbsp; i ka rekomanduar sot Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs suspendimin e dy zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb t\u00eb&nbsp; Drejtoris\u00eb Rajonale t\u00eb Policis\u00eb n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut, me dyshimin se t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb si t\u00eb dyshuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u2018Keqtrajtim gjat\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs zyrtare ose autorizimeve publike\u2019\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trajtimi i k\u00ebtij rasti me seriozitet nga institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs tregon ndjeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e lart\u00eb dhe profesionalizmin p\u00ebr rastet ku ka dyshime p\u00ebr keqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb autorizimeve, pa marr\u00eb parasysh p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb etnike t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt i kan\u00eb trajtuar me p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri rastet e ankesave p\u00ebr tejkalim t\u00eb autorizimeve policore n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit. Por k\u00ebto raste n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr propagand\u00eb nga Beogradi dhe mediat e atjeshme, duke i cil\u00ebsuar si \u201cdhun\u00eb dhe persekutim t\u00eb serb\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb Zubin Potok dit\u00ebt e fundit jan\u00eb kryer kontrolle dhe arrestime t\u00eb personave t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr krime lufte, pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komun\u00eb jan\u00eb identifikuar disa lokacione p\u00ebr varreza masive nga lufta e viteve 1998-\u201999 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasti \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb publik nga Lista Serbe m\u00eb 11 gusht, e cila kishte publikuar fotografi ku pretendohej se shihej Rashkoviqi me shenja mavijosjeje n\u00eb shpin\u00eb. Sipas komunikat\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie, Rashkoviqi ishte d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb malore, ku ishte lidhur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pem\u00eb dhe ishte rrahur me nj\u00eb zorr\u00eb uji, duke iu k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb pranonte se kishte kryer krime lufte ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, versioni i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga vet\u00eb Rashkoviqi p\u00ebr mediat n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe kishte dallime nga ai i paraqitur nga Lista Serbe. Ai deklaroi se n\u00eb vendngjarje kishin qen\u00eb tre pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa sipas tij, vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebri prej tyre e kishte keqtrajtuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Operacioni n\u00eb Dren t\u00eb Zubin Potokut \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb komun\u00eb jan\u00eb kryer kontrolle dhe arrestime t\u00eb personave t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr krime lufte.
