Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur viktima \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb turist q\u00eb ka ardhur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shijuar vendin dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi me kujtime t\u00eb mira. P\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarjeje t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk ka vend p\u00ebr relativizim: krimi duhet zbardhur, autori duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i nj\u00eb krimi dhe krejt tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrimi i nj\u00eb tragjedie n\u00eb nj\u00eb alarm komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb e vendit dhe turizmin shqiptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nga nj\u00eb ngjarje tragjike deri te p\u00ebrfundimi se Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend \u201ci pasigurt\u201d, \u201cjasht\u00eb kontrollit\u201d apo se turizmi po shkon drejt \u201cd\u00ebshtimit\u201d, ka nj\u00eb distanc\u00eb q\u00eb nuk duhet kap\u00ebrcyer me leht\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siguria e nj\u00eb vendi nuk matet me nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb vetme, sado e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe e dhimbshme t\u00eb jet\u00eb ajo. Ajo vler\u00ebsohet p\u00ebrmes statistikave t\u00eb kriminalitetit, tendencave n\u00eb koh\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjes s\u00eb ngjarjeve, reagimit t\u00eb institucioneve dhe aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar e goditur krimin. Siguri absolute nuk ekziston askund n\u00eb bot\u00eb, as n\u00eb vendet q\u00eb konsiderohen prej vitesh destinacione t\u00eb konsoliduara turistike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prandaj, p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb nxjerrim p\u00ebrfundime, duhet t\u00eb presim t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e hetimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nisi konflikti? \u00c7far\u00eb ndodhi realisht n\u00eb ato momente? A kishte konsum t\u00eb alkoolit? Kush e nisi p\u00ebrplasjen? A pati mjete t\u00eb forta apo prer\u00ebse? Si u p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzua situata deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb fund tragjik? A reagoi si\u00e7 duhet personeli i siguris\u00eb? A kishte mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ngjarja t\u00eb parandalohej?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto jan\u00eb pyetje serioze dhe legjitime. Por p\u00ebrgjigjet e tyre duhet t\u2019i jap\u00eb hetimi, provat dhe drejt\u00ebsia. Jo rrjetet sociale, jo portalet q\u00eb nxitojn\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb versionin e tyre dhe aq m\u00eb pak politika, e cila shpesh e sheh \u00e7do tragjedi si nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr betej\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Politika ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb llogari nga qeveria. Opozita ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb kritikoj\u00eb institucionet. Media ka detyrimin t\u00eb informoj\u00eb. Por askush nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb nj\u00eb tragjedi njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb panik q\u00eb mund t\u2019i shkaktoj\u00eb turizmit shqiptar nj\u00eb d\u00ebm shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se vet\u00eb ngjarja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sepse nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh m\u00eb shum\u00eb siguri, m\u00eb shum\u00eb kontroll dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi institucionale. Dhe krejt tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019u jap\u00ebsh njer\u00ebzve jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mesazhin se k\u00ebtu turist\u00ebt rrezikojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn n\u00eb \u00e7do hap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo nuk i sh\u00ebrben askujt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuk i sh\u00ebrben familjes s\u00eb viktim\u00ebs, e cila k\u00ebrkon drejt\u00ebsi. Nuk i sh\u00ebrben hetimit, i cili ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr qet\u00ebsi dhe profesionaliz\u00ebm. Nuk i sh\u00ebrben qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, nuk i sh\u00ebrben turizmit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb prej sektor\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krimi duhet d\u00ebnuar pa asnj\u00eb ekuivok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autori duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet p\u00ebrpara ligjit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00ebse ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera, ato duhet t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb drit\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por drejt\u00ebsia nuk b\u00ebhet duke prodhuar panik. Dhe nj\u00eb vend nuk mbrohet duke e shpallur publikisht m\u00eb t\u00eb pasigurt nga sa \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb nga \u00e7do tragjedi, t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb sigurin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund.
