Nj\u00eb kandidat duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00ebnt\u00eb vota pozitive dhe asnj\u00eb veto<\/strong> nga pes\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit – SHBA-t\u00eb, Rusia, Kina, Franca dhe Britania – p\u00ebr t’u nominuar. Emri m\u00eb pas i p\u00ebrcillet Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, e cila em\u00ebron Sekretarin e ri t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm<\/strong> , si\u00e7 parashikohet n\u00eb nenin 97 t\u00eb Kart\u00ebs s\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pik\u00ebpyetja e madhe mbetet q\u00ebndrimi i pes\u00eb fuqive me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vetoje, preferencat e t\u00eb cilave nuk jan\u00eb sqaruar ende<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pala amerikane reagoi gjithashtu ndaj propozimit t\u00eb saj q\u00eb K\u00ebshilli i Sigurimit t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb kandidat\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb dialog\u00ebt e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
