Nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebrkesat fillestare ishte q\u00eb t\u00eb lirohej p\u00ebr qarkullim nj\u00ebri krah i urave, nd\u00ebrsa pjes\u00ebt e tjera t\u00eb punimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonin deri n\u00eb muajin n\u00ebntor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo marr\u00ebveshje, sipas ministrit n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb formalizuar edhe me shkrim, nd\u00ebrsa operator\u00ebt kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar planet dinamike dhe sigurimet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha segmentet, duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr afate dhe obligime konkrete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebrkund\u00ebr gjith\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptimit ton\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyrjen e afateve dhe dakordimit t\u00eb arritur p\u00ebr urat, disa prej operator\u00ebve nuk i kan\u00eb respektuar obligimet e marra. Prandaj, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi, kemi filluar menj\u00ebher\u00eb me zbatimin e penaliteteve. Vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr muajin korrik, n\u00eb segmentin e Vranidollit, operatori ekonomik \u00ebsht\u00eb penalizuar me 24 mij\u00eb euro\u201d, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur Basha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka paralajm\u00ebruar se penalitetet do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb n\u00eb segmentet ku nuk respektohet plani dinamik, deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e obligimeve kontraktuale dhe p\u00ebrfundimin e punimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basha ka theksuar se e nj\u00ebjta praktik\u00eb do t\u00eb zbatohet edhe n\u00eb kontratat e tjera t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb, n\u00eb rastet kur afatet dhe obligimet kontraktuale nuk respektohen pa arsye t\u00eb justifikueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe s\u2019kemi interes t\u00eb d\u00ebnojm\u00eb ask\u00ebnd, vet\u00ebm po k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kemi marr\u00ebveshje. P\u00ebr operator\u00ebt q\u00eb punojn\u00eb, respektojn\u00eb afatet dhe tregohen t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe mir\u00ebkuptim.
