{"id":28910,"date":"2026-08-22T23:20:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-22T21:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=28910"},"modified":"2026-08-22T12:30:59","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T10:30:59","slug":"hoti-banimi-social-eshte-investim-ne-sigurine-dhe-dinjitetin-e-familjeve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/08\/22\/hoti-banimi-social-eshte-investim-ne-sigurine-dhe-dinjitetin-e-familjeve\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoti: Banimi social \u00ebsht\u00eb investim n\u00eb sigurin\u00eb dhe dinjitetin e familjeve"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/shareArticle?mini=true&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rtklive.com%2Fsq%2Fnews-single.php%3FID%3D732042\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr&nbsp;Pun\u00eb, Familje dhe Vlerat e Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare, Andin Hoti, e ka cil\u00ebsuar projektin p\u00ebr banim social adekuat si nj\u00eb nga projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e banimit social dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoti tha se projekti nuk duhet t\u00eb shihet vet\u00ebm si investim n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, por si nj\u00eb politik\u00eb sociale q\u00eb prek drejtp\u00ebrdrejt familjet dhe mir\u00ebqenien e qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKy projekt p\u00ebrve\u00e7se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt nd\u00ebrtimi, si\u00e7 u potencua, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt social. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb prek drejtp\u00ebrdrejt familjet, prek drejtp\u00ebrdrejt mir\u00ebqenien dhe natyrisht edhe dinjitetin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, tha Hoti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi se Ligji p\u00ebr banim social dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuesh\u00ebm e trajton banimin si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies sociale dhe si nj\u00eb instrument t\u00eb politik\u00ebs sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, n\u00eb kategorit\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebrfshihen familjet me gjendje t\u00eb pafavorshme ekonomike, p\u00ebrfituesit e asistenc\u00ebs sociale, familjet e m\u00ebdha, familjet me nj\u00eb prind, t\u00eb papun\u00ebt, personat pa streh\u00eb, viktimat e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje dhe trafikimit, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, t\u00eb moshuarit, personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe kategori t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb cenueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPolitika e banimit social duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet mbi parimin e gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshirjes dhe p\u00ebrfshirjes sociale, duke i trajtuar nevojat e familjes n\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb\u201d, u shpreh ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hoti: Nj\u00eb familje nuk del nga varf\u00ebria vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb pages\u00eb mujore<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb tha se banimi social lidhet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt edhe me pun\u00ebsimin, pasi pasiguria e banimit dhe shpenzimet e larta p\u00ebr qira mund t&#8217;i kufizojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e familjeve p\u00ebr arsimim, aft\u00ebsim profesional dhe k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNj\u00eb familje nuk del nga varf\u00ebria vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb pages\u00eb mujore.
