Shqiptar\u00ebt soll\u00ebn me vete pasurin\u00eb q\u00eb askush nuk mund t\u2019ua merrte, q\u00eb lidhet me gjuh\u00ebn, besimin, zakonet dhe kujtes\u00ebn. Gjet\u00ebn nj\u00eb atdhe t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, por nuk e humb\u00ebn kurr\u00eb t\u00eb parin\u201d, u shpreh Presidenti Begaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kreu i Shtetit theksoi se arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebr pes\u00eb shekuj nj\u00eb ur\u00eb e fuqishme mes dy vendeve dhe nj\u00eb nga themelet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb miq\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptaro-italiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAta, p\u00ebr pes\u00eb shekuj, kan\u00eb lidhur t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn me t\u00eb tashmen, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me Italin\u00eb, kujtes\u00ebn me t\u00eb ardhmen\u201d, deklaroi Presidenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke iu drejtuar komunitetit arb\u00ebresh, Presidenti Begaj vler\u00ebsoi p\u00ebrkushtimin e tij n\u00eb ruajtjen e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore dhe gjuh\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJu ruajt\u00ebt gjuh\u00ebn arb\u00ebreshe kur ajo nuk m\u00ebsohej n\u00eb shkolla; ruajt\u00ebt zakonet kur rrethanat ndryshonin; ruajt\u00ebt besimin, traditat dhe kujtes\u00ebn duke i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb ato brez pas brezi. K\u00ebshtu, nuk ruajt\u00ebt vet\u00ebm identitetin tuaj, por edhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb kombit shqiptar\u201d, theksoi ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presidenti Begaj n\u00ebnvizoi se kjo trash\u00ebgimi nuk mund t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes librave, ligjeve apo institucioneve, por duhet t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb n\u00eb familje dhe n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes brezave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb nuk mbijeton vet\u00ebm n\u00eb libra apo n\u00eb ligje.
