{"id":29299,"date":"2026-08-25T13:51:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-25T11:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=29299"},"modified":"2026-08-25T15:08:01","modified_gmt":"2026-08-25T13:08:01","slug":"aktakuza-e-prokurorise-sheholli-dhe-raportet-me-radoiciqin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/08\/25\/aktakuza-e-prokurorise-sheholli-dhe-raportet-me-radoiciqin\/","title":{"rendered":"Aktakuza e Prokuroris\u00eb, Sheholli dhe raportet me Radoi\u00e7iqin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e ngritur ndaj Fatmir Shehollit p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb spiunazhit dhe shantazhit, ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb paraqitjesh publike dhe deklarimesh t\u00eb tij lidhur me Milan Radoi\u00e7iqin.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, nj\u00eb raport informues i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i hartuar mbi baz\u00ebn e informacioneve t\u00eb mbledhura nga burime t\u00eb hapura, evidenton deklarime, intervista dhe paraqitje publike t\u00eb Shehollit, t\u00eb cilat Prokuroria i ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb materialin provues t\u00eb rastit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb raport, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, i kushtohet v\u00ebmendje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb deklarimeve t\u00eb Shehollit p\u00ebr Radoi\u00e7iqin, i cili k\u00ebrkohet nga organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, n\u00eb disa paraqitje publike Sheholli kishte shprehur besim n\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Milan Radoi\u00e7iqit lidhur me hetimet p\u00ebr vrasjen e politikanit serb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Oliver Ivanoviq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb materialin e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se Sheholli kishte deklaruar se Radoi\u00e7iqit duhej t\u2019i jepej mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebshmuar pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu, Prokuroria i referohet paraqitjeve t\u00eb tjera mediale t\u00eb Shehollit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat, sipas saj, ai e kishte paraqitur Radoi\u00e7iqin si nj\u00eb person me ndikim pozitiv n\u00eb veriun e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto deklarime jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb raportin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin Prokuroria e ka paraqitur si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb provave n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn p\u00ebr spiunazh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet gjithashtu nj\u00eb paraqitje televizive e vitit 2023, ku Sheholli kishte zhvilluar nj\u00eb bised\u00eb telefonike t\u00eb transmetuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me nj\u00eb person t\u00eb identifikuar n\u00eb material si Milan Radoi\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, telefonata ishte transmetuar m\u00eb 11 qershor 2023 n\u00eb emisionin \u201cKojshia Show\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bisede jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb deklarime lidhur me pranin\u00eb e Radoi\u00e7iqit n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ndaj tij ishin aktive procedurat dhe masat e k\u00ebrkimit nga organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria e ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb material n\u00eb raportin informues t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku me intervista, artikuj dhe materiale audio-vizuale t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb lidhen me paraqitjet publike t\u00eb Shehollit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, raporti informues i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar mbi baz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe materialeve t\u00eb publikuara n\u00eb burime t\u00eb hapura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria pretendon se k\u00ebto materiale, t\u00eb analizuara n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura me provat e tjera t\u00eb rastit, mb\u00ebshtesin dyshimin se Sheholli ka zhvilluar veprimtari t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb ndikimit n\u00eb opinionin publik n\u00eb favor t\u00eb interesave shtet\u00ebrore dhe politikave t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fatmir Sheholli akuzohet nga Prokuroria Speciale p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb spiunazhit dhe shantazhit.
