{"id":29502,"date":"2026-08-26T22:05:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-26T20:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=29502"},"modified":"2026-08-26T23:18:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T21:18:09","slug":"seanca-e-pare-gjyqesore-ndaj-fatmir-shehollit-me-7-shtator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/08\/26\/seanca-e-pare-gjyqesore-ndaj-fatmir-shehollit-me-7-shtator\/","title":{"rendered":"Seanca e par\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore ndaj Fatmir Shehollit m\u00eb 7 shtator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Burime brenda prokuroris\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb se seanca e par\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore ndaj Fatmir Shehollit do t\u00eb mbahet m\u00eb 7 shtator, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 09:30.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sheholli po p\u00ebrballet me aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebr shpiunazh dhe shantazh nga Prokuroria Speciale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, ai dyshohet se ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me Sh\u00ebrbimin Informativ dhe t\u00eb Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb (BIA), nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr akuzohet p\u00ebr shantazh ndaj nj\u00eb biznesmeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, nga nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb e pap\u00ebrcaktuar deri m\u00eb 9 tetor 2025, Fatmir Sheholli dyshohet se ka vepruar si person i rekrutuar nga BIA dhe sipas udh\u00ebzimeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb zyrtari t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebrbimi, Bojan Dimi\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb dosje thuhet se Dimi\u00e7 ishte drejtor i Drejtoris\u00eb Kund\u00ebr Terrorizmit dhe Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb BIA-s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria pretendon se Sheholli ka mbledhur dhe p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb informacione dhe dokumente lidhur me zhvillimet politike, situat\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb dhe funksionimin e institucioneve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, komunikimi me zyrtarin e BIA-s \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar edhe p\u00ebrmes mesazheve telefonike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria Speciale&nbsp;n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e ngritur ndaj Fatmir Shehollit ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb paraqitjesh publike dhe deklarimesh t\u00eb tij lidhur me Milan Radoi\u00e7iqin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, n\u00eb disa paraqitje publike Sheholli kishte shprehur besim n\u00eb pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e Milan Radoi\u00e7iqit lidhur me hetimet p\u00ebr vrasjen e politikanit serb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Oliver Ivanoviq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb materialin e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se Sheholli kishte deklaruar se Radoi\u00e7iqit duhej t\u2019i jepej mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebshmuar pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu, Prokuroria i referohet paraqitjeve t\u00eb tjera mediale t\u00eb Shehollit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat, sipas saj, ai e kishte paraqitur Radoi\u00e7iqin si nj\u00eb person me ndikim pozitiv n\u00eb veriun e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto deklarime jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb raportin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilin Prokuroria e ka paraqitur si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb provave n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn p\u00ebr spiunazh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet gjithashtu nj\u00eb paraqitje televizive e vitit 2023, ku Sheholli kishte zhvilluar nj\u00eb bised\u00eb telefonike t\u00eb transmetuar drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me nj\u00eb person t\u00eb identifikuar n\u00eb material si Milan Radoi\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, telefonata ishte transmetuar m\u00eb 11 qershor 2023 n\u00eb emisionin \u201cKojshia Show\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e aktakuz\u00ebs lidhet me zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb 12 tetorit 2025. Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, m\u00eb 26 shtator 2025, Sheholli kishte udh\u00ebtuar n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e Veriut, ku, n\u00eb parkingun e Shkoll\u00ebs Teknike, dyshohet se kishte pranuar nga nj\u00eb person i paidentifikuar nj\u00eb dosje me audio-incizime dhe transkripte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb pretendohet se materialet kishin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim komprometimin e zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb p\u00ebr Komunitete dhe Kthim, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kabinetin e ministrit Nenad Rashiq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria pretendon se, bashk\u00eb me materialet, Sheholli kishte pranuar edhe 5 mij\u00eb euro. Sipas dosjes, m\u00eb pas ai ia kishte dor\u00ebzuar materialet gazetarit Milaim Zeka, bashk\u00eb me 1 mij\u00eb euro dhe premtimin p\u00ebr 1 mij\u00eb euro t\u00eb tjera, duke e udh\u00ebzuar q\u00eb materialet t\u2019i publikonte n\u00eb emisionin \u201cPa Rrotlla\u201d, pak dit\u00eb para zgjedhjeve lokale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria pretendon se q\u00ebllimi ishte ndikimi n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor dhe d\u00ebmtimi i interesave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet gjithashtu se Sheholli i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb gazetarit se materialet buronin nga \u201cGIZ-i gjerman\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb hetimeve dhe bastisjeve t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb rastin e Shehollit jan\u00eb sekuestruar materiale dhe jan\u00eb evidentuar komunikime q\u00eb Prokuroria i konsideron relevante p\u00ebr rastin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb telefonin e Shehollit, sipas dosjes, jan\u00eb gjetur komunikime me persona q\u00eb Prokuroria i identifikon si zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb BIA-s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se numri i Bojan Dimi\u00e7it ishte ruajtur n\u00eb telefon me emra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb \u201cGizi\u201d, \u201cBojana\u201d dhe \u201cGazetari\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria p\u00ebrmend gjithashtu dokumente me sh\u00ebnimin \u201cTop secret 2\u201d, t\u00eb cilat, sipas saj, lidhen me plane q\u00eb synonin destabilizimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb dosje p\u00ebrmendet edhe nj\u00eb dokument i RDB-s\u00eb serbe nga viti 2001, me nofk\u00ebn \u201cLeptiri\u201d, q\u00eb, sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, lidhet me p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr komprometimin e Albin Kurtit gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur ai ishte n\u00eb burg n\u00eb Nish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po ashtu, n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden edhe sh\u00ebnime t\u00eb shkruara me dor\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat Prokuroria i konsideron si t\u00eb dh\u00ebna operative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktakuza p\u00ebrmend edhe transaksione financiare q\u00eb, sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, jan\u00eb evidentuar n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb bankare t\u00eb Shehollit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb dosje thuhet se gjat\u00eb vitit 2015 jan\u00eb evidentuar pagesa nga institucione serbe, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb \u201cTanjug\u201d dhe \u201cKancelarija za KiM\u201d, n\u00eb llogarin\u00eb e tij n\u00eb Komercijalna Banka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna jan\u00eb paraqitur nga Prokuroria si pjes\u00eb e materialit provues t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 akuz\u00ebs p\u00ebr spiunazh, Prokuroria e akuzon Shehollin edhe p\u00ebr shantazh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, nga viti 2022 deri n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2025, ai dyshohet se ka shantazhuar biznesmenin Arben Jetullahu, duke e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar me publikimin e video-incizimeve dhe materialeve q\u00eb, sipas pretendimit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, mund t\u2019i d\u00ebmtonin reputacionin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria pretendon se p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimeve Sheholli e kishte detyruar t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin t\u2019i jepte mbi 13 mij\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb thuhet se k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr para kan\u00eb vazhduar edhe gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur Sheholli ishte n\u00eb paraburgim n\u00eb Gjilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes djalit t\u00eb tij dhe personave nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsues, ai kishte k\u00ebrkuar pagesa mujore prej 700 eurosh, duke e shoq\u00ebruar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn me k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin p\u00ebr publikimin e videove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Prokuroria Speciale k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb Fatmir Sheholli t\u00eb shpallet fajtor p\u00ebr veprat penale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat akuzohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria gjithashtu ka k\u00ebrkuar vazhdimin e mas\u00ebs s\u00eb paraburgimit ndaj tij, si dhe konfiskimin e mjeteve monetare dhe pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb sekuestruar, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat e paraqitura n\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Burime brenda prokuroris\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur p\u00ebr RTK-n\u00eb se seanca e par\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore ndaj Fatmir Shehollit do t\u00eb mbahet m\u00eb 7 shtator, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 09:30.
