Organet e rendit e kan\u00eb zbatuar urdhrin e gjykat\u00ebs, por Orlloviq nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur n\u00eb vendbanimin e tij. Sipas fqinj\u00ebve, ai nuk jeton m\u00eb aty dhe dyshohet se ndodhet n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E pranishme n\u00eb seanc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb avokatja e tij, Donjeta Leka, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur gjyqtari Rrahman Beqiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procesi gjyq\u00ebsor nuk kishte mundur t\u00eb niste sipas planit n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e kaluar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb problemeve me pranin\u00eb e disa prej t\u00eb akuzuarve dhe mbrojt\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00ebri prej t\u00eb akuzuarve, Dushan Maksimoviq, nuk ishte sjell\u00eb nga paraburgimi, nd\u00ebrsa avokati i tij, Mahmut Halimi, kishte njoftuar gjykat\u00ebn se nuk mund t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb angazhimi tjet\u00ebr profesional n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probleme me pranin\u00eb n\u00eb seanc\u00eb kishte edhe n\u00eb rastin e Nemanja Jolloviqit. Gjykata kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se atij nuk i ishte dor\u00ebzuar ftesa p\u00ebr seanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policia e Kosov\u00ebs kishte raportuar se, bazuar n\u00eb informacionet e mbledhura n\u00eb terren, Jolloviqi ishte larguar nga Kosova dhe ishte vendosur n\u00eb Serbi. As urdhri p\u00ebr sjelljen e tij me detyrim nuk kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb rezultat, pasi policia nuk e kishte gjetur n\u00eb adres\u00ebn e regjistruar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, prokurori Admir Shala kishte k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb procedura ndaj Jolloviqit t\u00eb ndahej nga rasti i pes\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs jan\u00eb ngjarjet e dhjetorit t\u00eb vitit 2022, kur veriu i Kosov\u00ebs u p\u00ebrball me nj\u00eb nga periudhat m\u00eb t\u00eb tensionuara t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, t\u00eb akuzuarit, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur forc\u00eb dhe mjete t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb bllokuar rrug\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar pun\u00ebn e institucioneve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden kamion\u00eb me zhavorr, ekskavator\u00eb, autobus\u00eb, autoambulanca dhe automjete t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat dyshohet se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr vendosjen e barrikadave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barrikadat u vendos\u00ebn n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2022, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur serb\u00ebt lokal\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonin zbatimin e vendimeve t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr targat e automjeteve dhe dokumentet e hyrje-daljes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Situata ishte p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar edhe pas arrestimit t\u00eb ish-policit serb Dejan Pantiq.
