Bordi diskutoi edhe p\u00ebr asetet jothelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb N.Sh. \u201cTrep\u00e7a\u201d, t\u00eb cilat sipas Ligjit p\u00ebr Trep\u00e7a ShA kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00ebn menaxhim t\u00eb&nbsp; AKP-s\u00eb&#8221;, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e AKP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bordi po ashtu aprovoi Shtojc\u00ebn e Rregullores p\u00ebr Nd\u00ebrmarrjet n\u00eb Administrim Direkt, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Rregulloren p\u00ebr NSh \u201cInex Sharr Pllanina\u201d &#8211; Brezovic\u00eb dhe po ashtu em\u00ebroi 7 an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrmarrje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sa i p\u00ebrket shitjeve me tender publik, Bordi sipas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb Komunave Skenderaj dhe Obiliq largoi 3 asete, sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb Bordi largoi 90 asete &#8211; t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto sipas k\u00ebrkuesve p\u00ebr interes t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm publik. Bordi po ashtu largoi 1 aset sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb pale, pasi q\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta ishte n\u00eb trajtim p\u00ebr shitje direkte. Nd\u00ebrsa, sa i p\u00ebrket procesit t\u00eb shitjeve direkte, Bordi shqyrtoi&nbsp; raporte fillestare rekomanduese me rezultatet si n\u00eb vijim: 4 k\u00ebrkesa u aprovuan p\u00ebr procedur\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebtutjeshme dhe 11 k\u00ebrkesa u refuzuan. Po ashtu u miratuan 13 raporte p\u00ebrfundimtare t\u00eb shitjes direkte, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb aprovuar \u00e7mimi i shitjes dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb autorizuar vazhdimi me procedurat e p\u00ebrmbylljes s\u00eb shitjes&#8221;,&nbsp;thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e AKP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mbledhje Bordi refuzoi 3 k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr blerjen e banesave t\u00eb NSh-ve, pasi q\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat nuk e kan\u00eb dokumentuar mjaftuesh\u00ebm k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn dhe k\u00ebsisoj nuk i plot\u00ebsonin kushtet ligjore p\u00ebr aprovim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs, Bordit iu paraqit Raporti informues mbi rezultatet e verifikimit t\u00eb Grupit I t\u00eb aseteve t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara me qira, lidhur me evidentimin e rasteve eventuale t\u00eb n\u00ebn-qiradh\u00ebnies dhe Raportin informues mbi rezultatet e verifikimit t\u00eb Grupit I t\u00eb aseteve \u2013 tokave bujq\u00ebsore t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara me qira &#8211; evidentimi i nd\u00ebrtimeve eventuale me material t\u00eb fort\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e likuidimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjeve shoq\u00ebrore, Bordi miratoi shp\u00ebrndarjen e mjeteve p\u00ebr kreditor\u00ebt e NSh-ve si n\u00eb vijim: 1) NSh \u201cHotel Mineral\u201d, GJI091 n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 17,302.00 \u20ac p\u00ebr 1 kreditor, 2) NSh \u201cRamiz Sadiku\u201d, PRN035 n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 6,809.67 Euro p\u00ebr tre (3) kreditor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lidhur me procedur\u00ebn e arbitrazhit UNCITRAL \u2013 Rasti nr. AC-II-25-0001 nd\u00ebrmjet NR Agro Kosova Holding Sh.P.K. dhe Q.M.I. \u2013 Qendra e Mobileve Italiane Sh.P.K. kund\u00ebr AKP-s\u00eb, Bordi aprovoi angazhimi i dy eksperteve p\u00ebr nevoja t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb AKP-s\u00eb.
