Politika nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb neutrale ndaj ekonomis\u00eb. Dhe demokracia nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e plot\u00eb n\u00ebse gjysma e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me m\u00eb shum\u00eb pengesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur pron\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr, e p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur. Prandaj barazia gjinore p\u00ebr ne nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm obligim ligjor, e as nj\u00eb tem\u00eb sektoriale. \u00cbsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore, e zhvillimit ekonomik dhe e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb son\u00eb\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr politikat publike, ai tha se gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb synuar q\u00eb fuqizimi i grave dhe vajzave t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet nga parimi n\u00eb politika, buxhet dhe rezultate t\u00eb matshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKemi mb\u00ebshtetur pun\u00ebsimin e mbi 12 mij\u00eb grave; kemi p\u00ebrdorur platform\u00ebn Superpuna p\u00ebr ta lidhur rinin\u00eb me tregun e pun\u00ebs, nga af\u00ebr 23 mij\u00eb t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar, 51 p\u00ebr qind jan\u00eb gra e vajza; kemi investuar n\u00eb arsim dhe n\u00eb bursa p\u00ebr vajzat n\u00eb STEM, Shkenc\u00eb, Teknologji, Inxhinieri e Matematik\u00eb, ku jan\u00eb ndar\u00eb 7.277 bursa, prej t\u00eb cilave 7.042 p\u00ebr vajza apo 97 p\u00ebr qind p\u00ebr vajza; kemi mb\u00ebshtetur me shtesat p\u00ebr lehona dhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb; kemi mb\u00ebshtetur nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe grat\u00eb n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi; dhe e kemi rritur p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e grave n\u00eb vendimmarrje\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurti shtoi se p\u00ebrmes programit \u201cQeveria p\u00ebr Familjet\u201d, nga mbi 4 mij\u00eb persona t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar nga familje ku m\u00eb her\u00ebt nuk punonte askush, 55 p\u00ebr qind jan\u00eb gra. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrmes programit \u201cKosovo Generation Unlimited\u201d, nga mbi 3 mij\u00eb t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar pun\u00eb praktike, af\u00ebr 60 p\u00ebr qind jan\u00eb gra e vajza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb vitin 2021 kishim 5.555 f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb \u00e7erdhe. N\u00eb vitin shkollor 2024\/2025, sa p\u00ebr krahasim, ky num\u00ebr kishte arritur n\u00eb 7.429, apo rreth 33 p\u00ebr qind m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar ose po nd\u00ebrtohen 74 \u00e7erdhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai shtoi se q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i dyfisht\u00eb: f\u00ebmija t\u00eb ket\u00eb qasje n\u00eb edukim t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa prindi, n\u00eb praktik\u00eb shum\u00eb shpesh n\u00ebna, t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim, arsimim dhe vet\u00ebpun\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke iu drejtuar student\u00ebve t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm nga fusha t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb studimit, Kurti tha se barazia gjinore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb profesion vet\u00ebm i atyre q\u00eb merren me barazi gjinore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb demokraci nuk mjafton t\u00eb votojm\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb disa vite. Demokracia k\u00ebrkon qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb, propozojn\u00eb, kritikojn\u00eb, hulumtojn\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb llogari. E sidomos juve t\u00eb rinjve: demokracia nuk ju k\u00ebrkon vet\u00ebm vot\u00ebn, por z\u00ebrin, dijen dhe angazhimin tuaj.
