{"id":31049,"date":"2026-09-05T13:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-05T11:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=31049"},"modified":"2026-09-05T14:07:00","modified_gmt":"2026-09-05T12:07:00","slug":"up-ja-fiton-betejen-e-radhes-gjykata-vendos-mase-sigurie-per-mbi-68-ari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/05\/up-ja-fiton-betejen-e-radhes-gjykata-vendos-mase-sigurie-per-mbi-68-ari\/","title":{"rendered":"UP-ja fiton betej\u00ebn e radh\u00ebs: Gjykata vendos mas\u00eb sigurie p\u00ebr mbi 68 ari"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka vendosur mas\u00eb sigurie mbi nj\u00eb ngast\u00ebr prej 68 ari n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e fakulteteve teknike, pron\u00eb komunale n\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzim t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, masa e siguris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur m\u00eb 24 gusht 2026, pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UP-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se vendimi ndalon \u00e7do veprim q\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb shitjen, bartjen, dhurimin, ngarkimin me barr\u00eb, dh\u00ebnien n\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzim, ndryshimin e gjendjes faktike apo tjet\u00ebrsimin e k\u00ebsaj prone n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteti e ka cil\u00ebsuar vendimin si zhvillim me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pron\u00ebs publike, duke theksuar se p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb ngast\u00ebr jan\u00eb ngritur pretendime nga persona privat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas komunikat\u00ebs t\u00eb UP-s\u00eb, ndaj Universitetit jan\u00eb paraqitur edhe k\u00ebrkesa financiare n\u00eb vlera milion\u00ebshe p\u00ebr pages\u00ebn e qiras\u00eb p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn q\u00eb, sipas UP-s\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb legjitime p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb akademike dhe institucionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7\u00ebshtja lidhet me nj\u00eb aktgjykim t\u00eb pretenduar t\u00eb ish-Gjykat\u00ebs Komunale n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 27 maj 1998, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit pretendohet se prona komunale kishte kaluar n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi private dhe m\u00eb pas ishte bartur te persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UP-ja rikujton se rasti ishte trajtuar edhe nga Komisioni Parlamentar i Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr Mjedis, Ushqim, Bujq\u00ebsi, Planifikim dhe Zhvillim. N\u00eb raportin e 14 majit 2024, sipas UP-s\u00eb, komisioni kishte evidentuar probleme dhe dyshime lidhur me dokumentacionin dhe historikun e pron\u00ebs, duke k\u00ebrkuar trajtimin e rastit nga organet kompetente t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteti ka shprehur mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr ish-Komisionin Parlamentar, si dhe p\u00ebr ish-deputeten Fitore Pacolli dhe Milazim Salijajn p\u00ebr angazhimin n\u00eb trajtimin e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UP-ja ka fal\u00ebnderuar gjithashtu institucionet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe hetuesis\u00eb p\u00ebr trajtimin e rastit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb komunikat\u00eb thuhet se mbrojtja e pasuris\u00eb universitare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga prioritetet e menaxhmentit aktual, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga rektori Arben Hajrullahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProna publike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb pa zot. Ajo i p\u00ebrket publikut. Dhe Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs do ta mbroj\u00eb at\u00eb pa kompromis\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb komunikat\u00ebn e UP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr rikthimin e hap\u00ebsirave universitare n\u00eb funksion, UP-ja ka njoftuar edhe p\u00ebr hapat konkret\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr rikthimin n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb tjera universitare. Student\u00ebt dhe personeli akademik i Fakultetit t\u00eb Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Veterinaris\u00eb pritet t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb vitin akademik n\u00eb objektin e ri, i cili p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dhjet\u00eb vjet nuk ishte shfryt\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb af\u00ebrsis\u00eb me infrastruktur\u00ebn e tensionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe depo t\u00eb tjera teknike.
