Ky raport ka evidentuar disa parregullsi n\u00eb procesin e lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit dhe mbik\u00ebqyrjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Ferizajt\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb &nbsp;Sapik Haliti \u2013 LDK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKemi shkelje t\u00eb shumta kemi rekomandime t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve n\u00eb Ferizaj. Ju e dini q\u00eb mbi 4.2 milion euro jan\u00eb&nbsp; inkasime t\u00eb cilat komuna e Ferizajt nuk i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar. Mir\u00ebpo ka shkelje t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtime n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit pra e dini q\u00eb komuna e Ferizajt ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb leje pa plan zhvillimor komunal n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn tash m\u00eb gjykata e ka shpallur vitin e kaluar t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm. Po shpresojm\u00eb&nbsp; q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb&nbsp; seanc\u00eb t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb edhe pjes\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb pozit\u00eb n\u00eb Ferizaj. Kurse nga ana e opozit\u00ebs kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje q\u00eb jemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm besojm\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet kjo seanc\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb raportojn\u00eb drejtori i urbanizmit dhe kryetari i komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ferizajt\u201d, ka thene Brahim Osmani \u2013 LVV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb drejtorin e Urbanizmit deklaruan&nbsp; se do t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj seanc\u00ebs&nbsp; p\u00ebr t\u00eb raportuar duke theksuar dhe se t\u00eb gjitha lejet jan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ligjeve n\u00eb fuqi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cRaporti i Auditorit ishte i \u00e7art\u00eb e kam th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb publikimin tim ku nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me munges\u00ebn e baz\u00ebs ligjore t\u00eb l\u00ebshimit t\u00eb lejeve nd\u00ebrtimore, por ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb munges\u00eb e dokumenteve t\u00eb planifikimit. Gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ferizajt&#8221;, tha Arb\u00ebr Bytyqi \u2013 Drejtor i Urbanizim n\u00eb Ferizaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasi q\u00eb me ligjin e Planifikimit Hap\u00ebsinor neni 26 pika 5, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia n\u00ebse komuna d\u00ebshton&nbsp; t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb dokumentet planifikimit kalon n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin e ministris\u00eb, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Gjithsesi ne asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e kemi l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin e ministris\u00eb p\u00ebrkundrazi kemi vazhduar me hart\u00ebn zonale p\u00ebr 5 muaj&nbsp; si drejtor kemi p\u00ebrgatitur draftin e par\u00eb p\u00ebr shqyrtim publik pastaj kemi vazhduar edhe me procedurat e tjera. N\u00eb momentin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pezulluar harta zonale nga Ministria kemi filluar procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebr plani e ri dhe tani jemi duke vazhduar me plani e ri zhvillimor komunal.
