RTK ka raportuar edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb skem\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar mashtrimi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valmir Hajrullahu nga Banulla e Lipjanit dhe Avdyl Kryeziu nga Malisheva do t\u00eb ulen n\u00eb bank\u00ebn e t\u00eb akuzuarve n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb mashtrimit, derisa l\u00ebnda \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7uar p\u00ebr shtetasin turk Yilmaz Tassoker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, t\u00eb siguruar nga RTK, Valmir Hajrullahu, bashk\u00eb me Kryeziun, nga viti 2021 deri m\u00eb 2023 kishin filluar mashtrimin kundrejt zyrtarit policor A.B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMe an\u00eb t\u00eb paraqitjes s\u00eb rreme t\u00eb fakteve, e me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb dobis\u00eb pasurore, n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi e mashtron dhe vazhdon ta mbaj\u00eb n\u00eb lajthim t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarin A.B., q\u00eb rezulton n\u00eb d\u00ebm material t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, dhe at\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 134.761,00 euro\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e siguruar nga RTK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hajrullahu, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, paraqitet si doktor n\u00eb specializim n\u00eb spitalin \u201cAcibadem\u201d n\u00eb Turqi, duke i premtuar viktim\u00ebs se do t\u00eb bisedoj\u00eb me nj\u00eb doktor q\u00eb t\u2019i kryhet transplantimi. Nd\u00ebrkaq, t\u00eb pandehurin tjet\u00ebr, Yilmaz Tassoker, ndaj t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7uar procedura, e prezanton si dhurues t\u00eb veshk\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi i Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, Shkodran Nik\u00e7i, p\u00ebrmes emailit ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se prokurori i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes, me rastin e ngritjes s\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebs, i ka propozuar gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurit t\u2019i shpall\u00eb fajtor\u00eb dhe t\u2019i d\u00ebnoj\u00eb sipas ligjit p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb cilat u vihen n\u00eb barr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hajrullahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur p\u00ebr organet e rendit dhe ato t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.
