{"id":32345,"date":"2026-09-13T09:54:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-13T07:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=32345"},"modified":"2026-09-13T11:30:56","modified_gmt":"2026-09-13T09:30:56","slug":"pdk-terheq-perkohesisht-kandidaturen-e-citakut-pret-vendimin-e-kushtetueses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/13\/pdk-terheq-perkohesisht-kandidaturen-e-citakut-pret-vendimin-e-kushtetueses\/","title":{"rendered":"PDK t\u00ebrheq p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht kandidatur\u00ebn e \u00c7itakut, pret vendimin e Kushtetueses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs ka njoftuar t\u00ebrheqjen e p\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb Vlora \u00c7itakut p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e n\u00ebnkryetares s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese lidhur me situat\u00ebn e krijuar rreth konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb drejtuar kryetares s\u00eb Kuvendit, t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga kryetari i Grupit Parlamentar t\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, Arian Tahiri, thuhet se vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkeljeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura t\u00eb detyrimeve kushtetuese p\u00ebr konstituimin e Kuvendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDK i referohet nenit 66 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe Aktgjykimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese n\u00eb rastin KO 124\/25, duke argumentuar se procesi i konstituimit duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte brenda afatit kushtetues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Tahirit, PDK-ja kishte marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb seancat e 9 dhe 11 shtatorit, pavar\u00ebsisht skadimit t\u00eb afatit kushtetues, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuonte n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e procesit t\u00eb konstituimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMegjithat\u00eb, kjo gatishm\u00ebri nuk u shfryt\u00ebzua\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb shkres\u00eb, ku PDK-ja thot\u00eb se jan\u00eb krijuar pengesa t\u00eb reja dhe jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur \u00e7\u00ebshtje procedurale e politike p\u00ebr shtyrjen e procesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDK ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se do t\u2019i drejtohet Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar \u201cvler\u00ebsimin dhe sqarimin kushtetues t\u00eb situat\u00ebs s\u00eb krijuar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deri n\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs, PDK ka vendosur t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdimin e procesit dhe t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb kandidatur\u00ebn e \u00c7itakut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, PDK thekson se kjo nuk n\u00ebnkupton heqjen dor\u00eb nga pozita e n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit q\u00eb i takon asaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cT\u00ebrheqja e kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb tanishme nuk n\u00ebnkupton se Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs heq dor\u00eb nga pozita e n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit q\u00eb i takon, dhe as se refuzon t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb kandidatin e saj p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pozit\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb shkres\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDK ka paralajm\u00ebruar se pas vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese do t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb Kuvend dhe do t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me vendimin e saj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rtklive.com\/sq\/gallery\/news_hidden_inside\/733562\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs ka njoftuar t\u00ebrheqjen e p\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb Vlora \u00c7itakut p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e n\u00ebnkryetares s\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese lidhur me situat\u00ebn e krijuar rreth konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit.
