{"id":32383,"date":"2026-09-13T11:05:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-13T09:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=32383"},"modified":"2026-09-13T12:44:49","modified_gmt":"2026-09-13T10:44:49","slug":"murati-pas-votimit-te-nenkryetarit-te-ldk-se-presim-reflektim-per-presidentin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/13\/murati-pas-votimit-te-nenkryetarit-te-ldk-se-presim-reflektim-per-presidentin\/","title":{"rendered":"Murati: Pas votimit t\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, presim reflektim p\u00ebr presidentin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Financave dhe deputeti i L\u00ebvizjes Vet\u00ebvendosje, Hekuran Murati, ka deklaruar se LVV-ja kishte arritur marr\u00ebveshje me LDK-n\u00eb p\u00ebr kandidatin p\u00ebr president, Bekim Sejdiu, nd\u00ebrsa ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se pas votimit t\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb pret reflektim nga deputet\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj partie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murati tha se q\u00ebndrimi i LVV-s\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i lidhur edhe me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar zgjedhjen e presidentit t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai kujtoi se n\u00eb legjislatur\u00ebn e kaluar, sipas tij, Kuvendi dhe Qeveria ishin formuar shpejt, por procesi kishte d\u00ebshtuar te zgjedhja e presidentit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb kishte \u00e7uar vendin n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDuke dashur ta evitojm\u00eb me \u00e7do kusht shkuarjen p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb zgjedhje, L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje ka insistuar q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb dakordim paraprak\u201d, tha Murati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai theksoi se LVV-ja kishte arritur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me LDK-n\u00eb p\u00ebr kandidatin p\u00ebr president, profesor doktor Bekim Sejdiu, por shtoi se kishte rezerva nga deputet\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I pyetur n\u00ebse LDK-ja do ta mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb Bekim Sejdiun p\u00ebr president, Murati tha se LVV-ja pret reflektim nga deputet\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb pas votimit t\u00eb kandidatit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkryetar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPas hapit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm nga ana jon\u00eb, q\u00eb ta votojm\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetarin e tyre, konsiderojm\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb reflektim edhe nga ana e deputet\u00ebve individual\u00eb t\u00eb Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb sall\u00eb dhe t\u00eb votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr president t\u00eb vendit\u201d, tha Murati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murati ka deklaruar se Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb konstituuar me kat\u00ebr nga pes\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa posti i n\u00ebnkryetarit nga radh\u00ebt e PDK-s\u00eb ka mbetur i paplot\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mospjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij grupi parlamentar n\u00eb seanc\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai e ka kritikuar PDK-n\u00eb p\u00ebr bojkotimin e seanc\u00ebs, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo parti kishte k\u00ebrkuar vazhdimisht konstituimin e Kuvendit, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur ai u konstituua, vendosi t\u00eb mos marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMe keqardhje mund ta them, sepse kemi par\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr sa e sa jav\u00eb grupi parlamentar i PDK-s\u00eb ka protestuar para Qeveris\u00eb dhe n\u00eb forma t\u00eb tjera ka k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb propozohet dhe t\u00eb konstituohet Kuvendi. Nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur Kuvendi konstituohet, ata vendosin t\u00eb refuzojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre dhe t\u00eb bojkotojn\u00eb seanc\u00ebn konstituive\u201d, tha Murati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, Vet\u00ebvendosje vendosi t\u00eb votoj\u00eb kandidat\u00ebt e partive t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkryetar\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb zhbllokohet procesi dhe vendi t\u00eb mos shkoj\u00eb s\u00ebrish n\u00eb zgjedhje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe vendos\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb tutje q\u00eb t\u00eb mos bllokohet procesi, pra q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi Kuvend t\u00eb konstituuar dhe institucionet t\u00eb zgjidhen\u201d, u shpreh ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa i p\u00ebrket votimit t\u00eb kandidates s\u00eb List\u00ebs Serbe p\u00ebr n\u00ebnkryetare t\u00eb Kuvendit, Murati tha se LVV-ja kishte vepruar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cList\u00ebs Serbe n\u00ebnkryetarin e Kuvendit ia dha Gjykata Kushtetuese, jo ne\u201d, deklaroi Murati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se LVV-ja kishte votuar kund\u00ebr kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kandidaten e fundit e kishte votuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushej k\u00ebrkesa kushtetuese dhe t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohej konstituimi i Kuvendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi peng i konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb aktgjykimeve, qoft\u00eb edhe t\u00eb gabuara q\u00eb i vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb, t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lidhur me faktin se nj\u00ebri nga pes\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebt nuk u zgjodh, Murati tha se n\u00eb rastin kur nj\u00eb grup parlamentar refuzon t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb kandidat, Kuvendi nuk mund t\u00eb mbetet peng i k\u00ebsaj situate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPDK-ja sot nuk ishte n\u00eb sall\u00eb, madje edhe me shkrim kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar njoftim q\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht nga kandidatura e tyre. N\u00eb rastet e tilla Kuvendi nuk mund t\u00eb mbetet peng i konstituimit\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murati b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur se LVV-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme q\u00eb t\u00eb votoj\u00eb kandidatin e PDK-s\u00eb n\u00ebse kjo parti kthehet n\u00eb seanc\u00eb dhe e propozon at\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb fund, ai tha se seanca p\u00ebr formimin e Qeveris\u00eb duhet t\u00eb thirret shum\u00eb shpejt, por theksoi se prioritet mbetet edhe zgjedhja e presidentit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVendi her\u00ebn e kaluar ka shkuar n\u00eb zgjedhje p\u00ebr shkak se nuk kishim president, jo p\u00ebr shkak se s\u2019kishim Qeveri.
