Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, nuk jan\u00eb gjetur faktet, por pastaj kan\u00eb dal\u00eb diku tjet\u00ebr. P\u00ebr mua kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb legjitime\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serwer kritikoi edhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si, sipas tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb trajtuar struktura komanduese e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Ai tha se U\u00c7K-ja nuk ka pasur nj\u00eb zinxhir komandues t\u00eb centralizuar, t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb t\u00eb forcave serbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cU\u00c7K-ja sigurisht q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb grup i paligjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb kuptimin e pushtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, por kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u marr\u00eb nj\u00eb tribunal nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u201d, u shpreh Serwer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se Gjykata Speciale, sipas vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur shum\u00eb n\u00eb informacione t\u00eb siguruara nga Serbia, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb sakta ose t\u00eb pasakta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serwer foli edhe p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ndikimit politik n\u00eb themelimin dhe funksionimin e gjykat\u00ebs. Ai tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00ebse ka pasur nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim politik nga ana amerikane, por theksoi se procesi ka pasur ndikim t\u00eb madh politik n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, mbajtja e ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb paraburgim p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb vjet pa nj\u00eb verdikt p\u00ebrfundimtar \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMbajtja n\u00eb burg p\u00ebr pes\u00eb vjet me radh\u00eb pa d\u00ebnim, pa verdikt gjyq\u00ebsor, thjesht \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme\u201d, tha Serwer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sigurisht q\u00eb s&#8217;kam si ta di, por sinqerisht shpresoj q\u00eb t\u00eb mos, \u00e7regulloj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tutje gjendjen n\u00eb Ballkan.
