Kemi pasur d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb terren dhe ndan\u00eb eksperiencat. Ata e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb q\u00eb Tha\u00e7i nuk kishte p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe q\u00eb kishte komandant\u00eb rajonal\u00eb\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Prosper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, gjykata ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb interpretim t\u00eb historis\u00eb me t\u00eb cilin ai nuk pajtohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKjo gjykat\u00eb rishkroi historin\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se ishte nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb kriminale. Do ta apelojm\u00eb\u201d, ka deklaruar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prosper e ka cil\u00ebsuar aktgjykimin si \u201cdit\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d, duke ngritur pik\u00ebpyetje edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e tribunaleve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFundi i tribunaleve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, sepse \u00e7far\u00eb vendi do t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruante nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb si kjo ku do t\u00eb pranoheshin 100 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Prokuroria dhe asgj\u00eb nga mbrojtja\u201d, ka shtuar ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avokati ka th\u00ebn\u00eb gjithashtu se n\u00eb aktgjykim \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb lidhje mes NATO-s dhe nj\u00eb \u201cnd\u00ebrmarrjeje kriminale\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAta than\u00eb q\u00eb NATO bashk\u00ebpunoi me nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje kriminale\u201d, ka potencuar Prosper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka treguar se pas vendimit ka biseduar me Tha\u00e7in dhe se pritet t\u00eb takohet s\u00ebrish me t\u00eb. Sipas tij, ish-presidenti e vler\u00ebson mb\u00ebshtetjen e qytetar\u00ebve dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb betej\u00ebn ligjore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAi e kupton se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb q\u00eb vazhdon. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb nevojitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar luft\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr veten e tij, p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr popullin e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Prosper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai ka kritikuar edhe formulimin e p\u00ebrdorur nga gjykata gjat\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb aktgjykimit, kur u tha se vendimi ishte \u201cn\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fyese. Sepse ky nuk ishte n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ata nuk i d\u00ebgjuan provat\u201d, ka deklaruar Prosper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lidhur me ankes\u00ebn, ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se shpreson q\u00eb procesi i apelit t\u2019i shqyrtoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e ngritura nga mbrojtja dhe t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb rezultat objektiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prosper ka k\u00ebrkuar gjithashtu q\u00eb Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs ta shqyrtoj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara, duke argumentuar se Kosova duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendime sovrane lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00ebse do t\u00eb isha deputet i BE-s\u00eb ose i Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, do ta t\u00ebrhiqja mb\u00ebshtetjen time p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjykat\u00eb q\u00eb nes\u00ebr.
