Jakup Krasniqit, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe si drejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb vonuar p\u00ebr viktimat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trupi gjykues vendosi se secili nga kat\u00ebr t\u00eb akuzuarit mban p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi penale individuale p\u00ebr krimet e luft\u00ebs t\u00eb arrestimit dhe ndalimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm ose arbitrar, trajtimit mizor, tortur\u00ebs dhe vrasjes s\u00eb paligjshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tha\u00e7i u d\u00ebnua me 25 vjet burgim, Veseli me 18 vjet, Selimi me 13 vjet, nd\u00ebrsa Krasniqi me 25 vjet burgim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVendimi i sot\u00ebm, q\u00eb bazohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fakte dhe ligj, \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr v\u00ebnien para p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe sundimin e ligjit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, tha Prokurorja e Specializuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGjykata ka konfirmuar se asnj\u00eb individ, pavar\u00ebsisht rangut apo autoritetit politik, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi ligjin dhe nuk ka imunitet nga p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d, shtoi ajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokurorja e Specializuar theksoi se \u00e7\u00ebshtja gjyq\u00ebsore q\u00eb ZPS-ja paraqiti kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb penale individuale dhe nuk v\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim ndonj\u00eb narrativ\u00eb historike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cZPS-ja b\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs individ\u00eb p\u00ebr veprimet e tyre, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me mandatin e saj, asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb\u201d, vazhdoi West.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cZPS-ja nuk ka ndjekur penalisht Ushtrin\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, as luft\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIndivid\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar shfryt\u00ebzuan ato rrethana t\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer krime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr merit\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb k\u00ebta individ\u00eb nxirren tani para p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb procesin e paraqitjes s\u00eb provave t\u00eb saj, ZPS-ja thirri p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb d\u00ebshmi drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e gjyqit 125 d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb dhe paraqiti si d\u00ebshmi rreth 3 mij\u00eb prova materiale t\u00eb ZPS-s\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb gjuh\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trupi gjykues konstatoi n\u00eb aktgjykimin e tij se Tha\u00e7i, Veseli, Selimi dhe Krasniqi ishin fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr arrestim dhe ndalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm ose arbitrar kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 385 personave, trajtim mizor kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 49 personave, tortur\u00eb kund\u00ebr 303 personave dhe vrasje t\u00eb paligjshme kund\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 96 personave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krimet u kryen kund\u00ebr qindra civil\u00ebve dhe personave q\u00eb nuk merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb luftime n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb nga prilli i vitit 1998 deri m\u00eb 20 qershor t\u00eb vitit 1999, n\u00eb komuna n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb dy rrethe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb veriore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokurorja e Specializuar vuri gjithashtu n\u00eb dukje se Zyra e ZPS-s\u00eb do ta shqyrtoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktgjykimin me kujdes n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e ardhshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb gjasht\u00eb pikat e aktakuz\u00ebs p\u00ebr krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit q\u00eb nuk \u00e7uan n\u00eb
