N\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media, Hamza ka shprehur zhg\u00ebnjimin e tij lidhur me vendimin dhe ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ai p\u00ebrb\u00ebn goditje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, lirin\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe shtetin e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke theksuar q\u00eb sot n\u00eb Hag\u00eb u godit r\u00ebnd\u00eb rezistenca e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Hamza, n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media, tha se me mendje dhe me zem\u00ebr sot jan\u00eb me \u00e7lirimtar\u00ebt dhe me familjet e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e zez\u00eb. Por, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e turpit p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Aktgjykimi i sot\u00ebm ndaj Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Kadri Veselit, Jakup Krasniqit dhe Rexhep Selimit ka sjell dhimbje dhe zhg\u00ebnjim t\u00eb thell\u00eb tek t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne. Nj\u00eb dhimbje e zhg\u00ebnjim q\u00eb nuk e kemi pritur\u201d, tha Hamza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai paralajm\u00ebroi se PDK do t\u2019i nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e nevojshme demokratike dhe ligjore lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPartia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb past\u00ebr t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahje t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe do t\u2019i nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha veprimet e nevojshme demokratike dhe ligjore, q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me k\u00ebto proces\u201d, tha kryetari i PDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hamza u shpreh se sot u fye sakrifica e popullit ton\u00eb q\u00eb luftoi p\u00ebr liri, mbijetes\u00eb dhe \u00e7lirim nga regjimi shtet\u00ebror serb q\u00eb vrau, d\u00ebboi dhe terrorizoi shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVendimi i shqiptuar sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Vendimi i shqiptuar sot \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kund\u00ebr popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, kund\u00ebr shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ne e kemi p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces me besimin se n\u00eb fund drejt\u00ebsia do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fakte, n\u00eb prova dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi individuale. Por, sot nuk pam\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hamza u shpreh i indinjuar q\u00eb vendimi p\u00ebr ish-krer\u00ebt e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb propagand\u00ebn p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe n\u00eb evidenca rastesh q\u00eb jan\u00eb mbyllur nga UNMIK-u dhe EULEX-i n\u00eb dy dekadat e pas luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAi vendim mb\u00ebshtetet edhe n\u00eb pretendime e materiale q\u00eb i konsiderojm\u00eb t\u00eb fabrikuara dhe t\u00eb ushqyera nd\u00ebr vite nga aparati shtet\u00ebror dhe propaganda e Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kriminalizuar luft\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. U d\u00ebnuan, nd\u00ebr tjera, edhe pse ushtar\u00ebt e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb kan\u00eb ndaluar dhe legjitimuar serb\u00eb p\u00ebrreth zonave t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Madje, u d\u00ebnuan edhe p\u00ebr raste q\u00eb Tribunali Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i Hag\u00ebs kishte shpallur pafaj\u00ebsi m\u00eb her\u00ebt\u201d, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas Hamz\u00ebs, beteja e popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfundon sot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProcesi juridik nuk ka p\u00ebrfunduar dhe fjala e fundit e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb t\u00eb provohet se gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs jan\u00eb kryer krime dhe t\u00eb provohet se kat\u00ebr individ\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt kriminal p\u00ebr kryerjen e tyre. P\u00ebr secilin prej t\u00eb akuzuarve duhet t\u00eb provohet, jo vet\u00ebm pozita q\u00eb ka mbajtur, sepse pozita n\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb nuk mund ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb prov\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb individuale. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr struktur\u00ebn dhe funksionimin real t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Njer\u00ebz q\u00eb gjat\u00eb viteve 1998 dhe 1999 kishin kontakte t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta me U\u00c7K-n\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb lart\u00eb amerikan\u00eb dhe t\u00eb NATO-s, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e decentralizuar t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb saj dhe p\u00ebr kufizimet e struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb komand\u00ebs dhe kontrollit\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hamza tha se pret q\u00eb n\u00eb Apel t\u00eb shqyrtohen me rigorozitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb konkluzionet mbi q\u00ebllimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb individuale, autoritetin dhe kontrollin real, vler\u00ebsimin e d\u00ebshmive dhe \u00e7do \u00e7\u00ebshtje faktike apo juridike q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb aktgjykim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPo aq i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb konstatim tjet\u00ebr. Edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve k\u00ebrkon v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Vet\u00eb Paneli ka folur p\u00ebr probleme serioze me d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e disa prej tyre. Prandaj duhet par\u00eb me rigorozitet sesi jan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar deklaratat e ndryshme, si jan\u00eb trajtuar kund\u00ebrth\u00ebniet dhe mbi cilat d\u00ebshmi jan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur konkluzionet vendimtare p\u00ebr faj\u00ebsin\u00eb. N\u00eb fund, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje kthehen te nj\u00eb standard i vet\u00ebm: p\u00ebrtej dyshimit t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm. N\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn penale nuk mjafton q\u00eb nj\u00eb version i ngjarjeve t\u00eb jet\u00eb i mundsh\u00ebm, apo edhe m\u00eb bind\u00ebs se nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.
