KASH ngre, gjithashtu, shqet\u00ebsime serioze p\u00ebr koh\u00ebzgjatjen e jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb procesit, paraburgimin shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar t\u00eb t\u00eb akuzuarve, proporcionalitetin e d\u00ebnimeve dhe standardet e zbatuara gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij gjykimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KASH rikujton se lufta e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e drejt\u00eb dhe \u00e7lirimtare kund\u00ebr shtypjes, spastrimit etnik dhe dhun\u00ebs sistematike t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb Slobodan Milloshevi\u00e7it. Kjo luft\u00eb g\u00ebzoi mb\u00ebshtetjen e bot\u00ebs demokratike, nd\u00ebrsa nd\u00ebrhyrja e NATO-s i dha fund nj\u00eb tragjedie humanitare q\u00eb kishte detyruar rreth nj\u00eb milion shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb largoheshin nga sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Makineria shtet\u00ebrore, ushtarake dhe policore e regjimit t\u00eb Milloshevi\u00e7it, si dhe drejtues t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb saj, jan\u00eb gjykuar dhe d\u00ebnuar nga Tribunali Penal Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet e kryera n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb. Krimet e dokumentuara t\u00eb k\u00ebtij regjimi, vrasjet, masakrat, d\u00ebbimet me forc\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrndjekja sistematike e popullsis\u00eb civile, nuk mund t\u00eb relativizohen dhe as t\u00eb barazohen me luft\u00ebn liridash\u00ebse t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktgjykimi ndaj kat\u00ebr ish-drejtuesve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb interpretohet si nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs apo t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr liri dhe pavar\u00ebsi. Asnj\u00eb vendim gjyq\u00ebsor nuk mund t\u00eb njollos\u00eb sakrific\u00ebn e mij\u00ebra d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve dhe viktimave, t\u00eb zhb\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn historike t\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr liri, apo t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbys\u00eb dallimin themelor nd\u00ebrmjet agresorit dhe viktim\u00ebs. Historia e Kosov\u00ebs dhe karakteri \u00e7lirimtar i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb saj nuk mund t\u00eb rishkruhen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebshilli i Ambasador\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb v\u00ebren se reagimet e para nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kan\u00eb ritheksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb vendimi ka shkaktuar kund\u00ebrshtime dhe shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, KASH u b\u00ebn thirrje partner\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb balancuar: respektimi i proceseve gjyq\u00ebsore nuk duhet t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb relativizim t\u00eb agresionit serb, n\u00eb barazim moral t\u00eb pal\u00ebve apo n\u00eb rishkrim t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb luft\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KASH pret q\u00eb procesi i apelimit t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb me paanshm\u00ebri dhe rigorozitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb provat, p\u00ebrfundimet juridike, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e p\u00ebrcaktimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe proporcionalitetin e d\u00ebnimeve, duke garantuar t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat e t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.
