{"id":33182,"date":"2026-09-17T19:23:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-17T17:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=33182"},"modified":"2026-09-17T23:24:56","modified_gmt":"2026-09-17T21:24:56","slug":"bdi-lufta-e-uck-se-nuk-mund-te-gjykohet-ne-nje-proces-te-sajuar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/17\/bdi-lufta-e-uck-se-nuk-mund-te-gjykohet-ne-nje-proces-te-sajuar\/","title":{"rendered":"BDI: Lufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb gjykohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb sajuar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bashkimi Demokratik p\u00ebr Integrim ka reaguar pas vendimit t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Hag\u00eb t\u00eb 16 shtatorit, duke deklaruar se lufta e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ishte luft\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin dhe lirin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00ebndrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i ditur pas mbledhjes s\u00eb Kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Kryesis\u00eb Qendrore t\u00eb BDI-s\u00eb, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga kryetari i partis\u00eb, Ali Ahmeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas BDI-s\u00eb, n\u00eb mbledhje \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr zhvillimet aktuale politike n\u00eb vend, forcimin e kapaciteteve strukturore dhe organizative t\u00eb partis\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebr vendimin e Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BDI ka deklaruar se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur v\u00ebmendja e shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendruar te Haga dhe vendimi ndaj ish-pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb rikujtohet se si nisi procesi dhe mbi \u00e7far\u00eb pretendimesh u ngrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProcesi q\u00eb \u00e7oi drejt krijimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale mori shtys\u00eb nga raporti i Dick Marty-t dhe pretendimet e r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr trafikim organesh\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimin e BDI-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas BDI-s\u00eb, pas viteve t\u00eb hetimeve dhe procesit gjyq\u00ebsor, pretendimet p\u00ebr trafikim organesh nuk u d\u00ebshmuan, nd\u00ebrsa partia ka pretenduar se \u201cn\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb fakteve u sajua nj\u00eb proces kund\u00ebr Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Jakup Krasniqit, Kadri Veselit dhe Rexhep Selimit\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, Ahmeti kishte reaguar ndaj aktgjykimit, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb dhe zhg\u00ebnjyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLufta e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb ishte luft\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin dhe lirin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs.
