Avokati nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, Luka Mishetiq, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e ekipeve mbrojt\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, ka reaguar ashp\u00ebr ndaj interpretimeve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb aktgjykimit kund\u00ebr ish-udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb hapur drejtuar Marko Prelecit nga Grupi Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i Krizave, Mishetiq sqaroi se megjith\u00ebse Gjykata nuk kishte asnj\u00eb juridiksion p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjykuar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi, ajo tentoi t\u00eb kriminalizonte mjetet e p\u00ebrdorura p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb reagimi n\u00eb platform\u00ebn X, Mishetiq vuri n\u00eb dukje se Gjykata ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb kap\u00ebrcim t\u00eb paprecedent\u00eb ligjor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTrupi Gjykues vendosi se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrmarrjes s\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt Kriminale dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve n\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjen e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb ishte q\u00eb pavar\u00ebsia e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb arrihej p\u00ebrmes krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Edhe Prokuroria nuk shkoi aq larg\u201d, n\u00ebnvizon Mishetiq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Ky konstatim i shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb po vler\u00ebsohet si nj\u00eb goditje e pabazuar q\u00eb cenon thelbin e kauz\u00ebs \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo situat\u00eb nuk shihet e pakthyeshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kat\u00ebr ish-krer\u00ebt e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb po mbahen n\u00eb Hag\u00eb. Nga k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi i jurist\u00ebve t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebrgatitja e lart\u00eb e ekipeve t\u00eb mbrojtjes dhe p\u00ebrvoja e tyre nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mund t\u00eb sjellin nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb optimiz\u00ebm i till\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet edhe n\u00eb precedent\u00ebt e Tribunalit t\u00eb Hag\u00ebs p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb, e pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb rastin e gjeneralit kroat, Ante Gotovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebtu duhet ta kemi parasysh rastin e Kroacis\u00eb me gjeneralin Ante Gotovina, i cili u d\u00ebnua nga shkalla e par\u00eb, por u lirua n\u00eb Apel.
