Edhe pse punimet kan\u00eb nisur vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, projekti ka ngecur n\u00eb disa segmente, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e par\u00eb prej pes\u00eb kilometrash pran\u00eb Manastirit t\u00eb De\u00e7anit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kontesteve t\u00eb vazhdueshme me k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion fetar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E pag\u00ebzuar nga banor\u00ebt vendas si &#8220;rruga e zhvillimit&#8221;, magjistralja p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb Gryk\u00ebs s\u00eb De\u00e7anit vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet nj\u00eb projekt i gjysm\u00ebp\u00ebrfunduar. Rrug\u00ebtimi i k\u00ebtij aksi infrastrukturor ka qen\u00eb i shoq\u00ebruar me barriera t\u00eb shumta q\u00eb nga fillimi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segmenti i par\u00eb prej pes\u00eb kilometrash, i cili nis pran\u00eb Manastirit t\u00eb De\u00e7anit, ka qen\u00eb vija m\u00eb e nxeht\u00eb e bllokimit, pasi udh\u00ebheqja e manastirit ka kund\u00ebrshtuar n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi nd\u00ebrtimin, duke u thirrur n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr Zonat e Ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb Mbrojtura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mir\u00ebpo, ngecja nuk kufizohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb delikate. Edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gryk\u00ebs piktoreske, punimet kan\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb gjysm\u00eb, duke shkaktuar v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb qarkullim dhe duke zbehur shpresat e bizneseve lokale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb me Malin e Zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qytetar\u00ebt k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje urgjente nga niveli qendror p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur ngat\u00ebrresat ligjore dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifilluar asfaltimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj rruge strategjike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb kan\u00eb filluar diku para 7-8 viteve investimet dhe jan\u00eb ndaluar. \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe pasoj\u00eb politike p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00ebn kah \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e mbrojtur. Kjo po ndikon shum\u00eb negativisht te blegtor\u00ebt edhe te k\u00ebto agrobsineset q\u00eb kan\u00eb filluar me disa objekte hoteliere t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs kan\u00eb shum\u00eb humbje. De\u00e7ani do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb hovsh\u00ebm ekonomik edhe komplet rajoni sepse kjo rrug\u00eb e lidh edhe Malin e Zi dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d, tha Milazim Mushkolaj, banor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKemi humbje jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb m\u00ebdha sidomos ky segmenti rrugor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prej 5 kilometrash edhe dihet q\u00eb nuk ka ndonj\u00eb ndikim negativ por presioni nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb stagnojm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr momentin t\u00eb mos investohet. Ndoshta n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme do t\u00eb realizohet edhe kjo, po e shohim q\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb prapavij\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Manastiri i De\u00e7anit p\u00ebr arritjen e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb veta q\u00eb i ka, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb e pengon zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb De\u00e7anit\u201d, tha Adem Lushaj, njoh\u00ebs i turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebrderisa segmenti i par\u00eb mbetet peng i ngat\u00ebrresave ligjore, pjesa tjet\u00ebr e rrug\u00ebs po pret nd\u00ebrhyrjen e ekzekutivit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNe kemi mbetur n\u00eb vendnum\u00ebro, komuna e ka kryer pjes\u00ebn e vet, i ka kryer obligimet e veta, tash pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb pun\u00ebs duhet me e krye ministria e infrastruktur\u00ebs, gjegj\u00ebsisht qeveria e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj me procedurat e ritenderimit, q\u00eb t\u00eb realizohet si projekt n\u00eb plotni i cili kishte me i jep nj\u00eb impuls tep\u00ebr t\u00eb madh zhvillimit ekonomik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qyteti e k\u00ebsaj zone n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi\u201d, tha Bashkim Ramosaj, kryetar i De\u00e7anit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalizimi i k\u00ebsaj infrastrukture shkon p\u00ebrtej thjesht shtrimit t\u00eb asfaltit. Rruga De\u00e7an &#8211; Bjeshka e Belegut, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej rreth 28 kilometrash, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr projektet m\u00eb strategjike kapitale t\u00eb komun\u00ebs.
