{"id":33851,"date":"2026-09-21T14:33:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T12:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=33851"},"modified":"2026-09-21T18:28:42","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T16:28:42","slug":"gjykata-denon-me-9-vjet-burgim-te-miturin-per-vrasjen-e-rende-ne-kobaj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/21\/gjykata-denon-me-9-vjet-burgim-te-miturin-per-vrasjen-e-rende-ne-kobaj\/","title":{"rendered":"Gjykata d\u00ebnon me 9 vjet burgim t\u00eb miturin p\u00ebr vrasjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb Kobaj"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/shareArticle?mini=true&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rtklive.com%2Fsq%2Fnews-single.php%3FID%3D734219\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, Departamenti p\u00ebr t\u00eb Mitur, ka shpallur aktgjykim d\u00ebnues ndaj t\u00eb miturit A.O., i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me n\u00ebnt\u00eb vjet burgim p\u00ebr dy vepra penale, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vrasjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas gjykat\u00ebs, rasti ka ndodhur m\u00eb 14 qershor 2026, n\u00eb fshatin Kobaj t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prizrenit, ku i mituri A.O., n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje me Sh.O., v\u00ebllain e tij, ka sulmuar me thik\u00eb dy persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrleshjes, i mituri e ka goditur nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb gjoks viktim\u00ebn A.O., e cila, sipas gjykat\u00ebs, ka p\u00ebsuar plag\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebr n\u00eb spital pa shenja jete, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar vdekja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, viktima tjet\u00ebr, I.O., ka p\u00ebsuar l\u00ebndime t\u00eb lehta trupore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata ka konstatuar se i mituri A.O. ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cvrasja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, nga neni 173, paragrafi 1, n\u00ebnparagrafi 1.5, lidhur me nenin 31 t\u00eb Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cmbajtja n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi, kontroll ose posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve\u201d, nga neni 366, paragrafi 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr k\u00ebto vepra, gjykata e ka d\u00ebnuar t\u00eb miturin me n\u00ebnt\u00eb vjet burgim, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb d\u00ebnim do t\u2019i llogaritet edhe koha e kaluar n\u00eb paraburgim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjykata ka vendosur gjithashtu q\u00eb t\u00eb miturit t\u2019i vazhdohet masa e paraburgimit deri n\u00eb plotfuqishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e aktgjykimit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb shqyrtimin gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb 18 shtatorit, i mituri A.O. ka deklaruar se ndihet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs dhe fajtor p\u00ebr veprat penale q\u00eb i jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb barr\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas gjykat\u00ebs, trupi gjykues ka vler\u00ebsuar se i mituri e ka kuptuar natyr\u00ebn dhe pasojat e pranimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe se pranimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pas konsultimeve t\u00eb mjaftueshme me mbrojt\u00ebsin e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pal\u00ebt do ta pranojn\u00eb aktgjykimin e plot\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar dhe t\u00eb arsyetuar, nd\u00ebrsa pala e pak\u00ebnaqur ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ankese n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Apelit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, l\u00ebnda ndaj dy t\u00eb dyshuarve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, Sh.O. dhe A.O., sipas Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, ndodhet n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e procedur\u00ebs paraprake\/hetimore n\u00eb Departamentin e Krimeve t\u00eb R\u00ebnda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, Departamenti p\u00ebr t\u00eb Mitur, ka shpallur aktgjykim d\u00ebnues ndaj t\u00eb miturit A.O., i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me n\u00ebnt\u00eb vjet burgim p\u00ebr dy vepra penale, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vrasjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb.
