LVV n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr RTK, thekson nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qasje institucionale t\u00eb koordinuar, duke vler\u00ebsuar edhe pasojat e mundshme n\u00eb procedurat e apelit n\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPresim q\u00eb Gjykata Kushtetuese t\u00eb vendos\u00eb lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e konstituimit t\u00eb Kuvendit, duke pasur parasysh se k\u00ebrkesa e parashtruar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, konsiderojm\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme q\u00eb fillimisht t\u00eb pritet vendimi i Gjykat\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen implikimet juridike q\u00eb mund t\u00eb dalin prej tij\u201d, thot\u00eb VV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa i p\u00ebrket propozimit p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e ligjit, LVV thot\u00eb se do ta shqyrtoj\u00eb at\u00eb me kujdes nga aspekti juridik, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij me korniz\u00ebn ligjore n\u00eb fuqi dhe efektet q\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje e till\u00eb eventualisht mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb procedurave pran\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDuke qen\u00eb se procedurat ndaj kat\u00ebr ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb zhvillohen me ekipe t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb mbrojtjes, \u00e7do iniciativ\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet me kujdes edhe n\u00eb raport me interesat dhe strategjit\u00eb juridike t\u00eb secilit rast. Vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb qasje institucionale dhe shtet\u00ebrore e koordinuar, e mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb juridike. \u00c7do veprim duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerret vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb jen\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar me kujdes pasojat e tij t\u00eb mundshme juridike, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb raport me procedur\u00ebn n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht procedur\u00ebn e apelit.
