{"id":34545,"date":"2026-09-29T11:12:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-29T09:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=34545"},"modified":"2026-09-29T11:56:20","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T09:56:20","slug":"kusari-lila-marreveshja-me-efta-n-hap-mundesi-te-reja-per-bizneset-kosovare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/29\/kusari-lila-marreveshja-me-efta-n-hap-mundesi-te-reja-per-bizneset-kosovare\/","title":{"rendered":"Kusari-Lila: Marr\u00ebveshja me EFTA-n hap mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr bizneset kosovare"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ministria e Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit (MINTI) ka organizuar nj\u00eb sesion informues p\u00ebr bizneset, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimeve dhe mund\u00ebsive q\u00eb ofron Marr\u00ebveshja e Tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb Lir\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Kosov\u00ebs dhe vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb EFTA-s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministrja Mimoza Kusari-Lila, theksoi&nbsp;se marr\u00ebveshja, e cila hyn n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb 1 tetor 2026, hap nj\u00eb kapitull t\u00eb ri n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet tregtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs&nbsp;me Zvicr\u00ebn, Norvegjin\u00eb, Lihtenshtajnin dhe Island\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas saj, zbatimi i marr\u00ebveshjes synon rritjen e eksporteve t\u00eb mallrave dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb treg me rreth 30 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, promovimin e investimeve t\u00eb huaja dhe avancimin e inovacionit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kusari-Lila theksoi se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi vend n\u00eb rajon q\u00eb ka negociuar edhe tregtin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb me EFTA-n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo b\u00ebri me&nbsp;dije&nbsp;se, me hyrjen n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, produktet industriale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb ken\u00eb qasje t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb tregjet e vendeve t\u00eb EFTA-s pa tarifa doganore, nd\u00ebrsa liberalizimi i produkteve q\u00eb importohen nga k\u00ebto shtete do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gradualisht, duke marr\u00eb parasysh dallimet n\u00eb nivelin e zhvillimit ekonomik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa u p\u00ebrket produkteve bujq\u00ebsore, ministrja tha se do t\u00eb zbatohen modalitete t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb liberalizimit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kuotat tarifore p\u00ebr produkte t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo vler\u00ebsoi se marr\u00ebveshja paraqet mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb vendore, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb rrisin eksportet, t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb partneritete me kompani nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e zinxhir\u00ebve evropian\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Megjithat\u00eb, Kusari-Lila theksoi se p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga k\u00ebto mund\u00ebsi, bizneset kosovare duhet t\u00eb investojn\u00eb n\u00eb teknologji, t\u00eb rrisin kapacitetet prodhuese dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, efikasitetit energjetik, transparenc\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo n\u00ebnvizoi se p\u00ebrgatitja e bizneseve p\u00ebr k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa k\u00ebrkon angazhim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb ministris\u00eb, odave ekonomike dhe asociacioneve t\u00eb biznesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duke folur p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbimet aktuale tregtare, Kusari-Lila b\u00ebri me&nbsp;dije&nbsp;se gjat\u00eb vitit 2025 eksportet e mallrave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs drejt vendeve t\u00eb EFTA-s tejkaluan 100 milion\u00eb euro, duke p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb 11 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb eksporteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb vendit. Krahasuar me vitin 2024, eksportet sh\u00ebnuan rritje prej 15 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo theksoi se Zvicra p\u00ebrb\u00ebn 91 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb eksporteve totale t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs drejt vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb EFTA-s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkaq, importet nga k\u00ebto vende gjat\u00eb vitit 2025 arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb rreth 53 milion\u00eb euro, duke p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb 0.8 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb importeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb krahasim me vitin paraprak, ato sh\u00ebnuan rritje prej 20.4 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa i p\u00ebrket tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve, ministrja tha se Kosova ka bilanc pozitiv t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm.
