Qeveria duhet ta procedoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb projektligjin, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb vij\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr votim. Projektligji p\u00ebr ndryshimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e Ligjit p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara nuk duhet t\u00eb zvarritet\u201d, tha Syla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas tij, institucionet duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin hapa konkret\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e personave q\u00eb po p\u00ebrballen me proceset gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Hag\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDeklarata \u00ebsht\u00eb zotim, ligji \u00ebsht\u00eb veprim. Ata q\u00eb sot i kan\u00eb duart e lidhura n\u00eb Hag\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr veprime konkrete\u201d, u shpreh ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Syla foli edhe p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e mbajtjes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr mosprocedimin e projektligjit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cN\u00ebse vendi shkon n\u00eb zgjedhje pa i dh\u00ebn\u00eb Kuvendit mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr ta votuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia politike p\u00ebr mosprocedimin e tij duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb dhe e kuptueshme\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb konferenc\u00eb, OVL-U\u00c7K njoftoi edhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjet p\u00ebr marshin e paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr 1 tetor n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.
