Pas <strong>nj\u00eb rigjykimi n\u00eb vitin 1992<\/strong> , ai u d\u00ebnua <strong>p\u00ebrs\u00ebri me vdekje<\/strong> dhe n\u00eb vitet n\u00eb vijim, gjykatat e Utah-ut hodh\u00ebn posht\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb apelimesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrmbysja n\u00eb d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e dy d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb zhvillim vendimtar ndodhi n\u00eb <strong>vitin 2011 , kur<\/strong> <strong>dy d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb<\/strong> q\u00eb kishin d\u00ebshmuar n\u00eb gjyqin fillestar u gjet\u00ebn n\u00eb Meksik\u00eb .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ata pretenduan <strong>se u ishte k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb g\u00ebnjenin n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb<\/strong> dhe se kishin marr\u00eb para dhe dhurata nga policia. Ata gjithashtu pretenduan se hetuesit <strong>i kishin k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar<\/strong> ata dhe djalin e tyre me d\u00ebbim n\u00ebse nuk e inkriminonin Carterin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasuan <strong>m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dhjet\u00eb vjet procedurash ligjore<\/strong> , deri n\u00eb vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Supreme t\u00eb Utahut p\u00ebr t\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar nj\u00eb gjyq t\u00eb ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avokat\u00ebt e Carterit kan\u00eb argumentuar gjithashtu se d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt <strong>pan\u00eb nj\u00eb burr\u00eb t\u00eb bardh\u00eb duke u larguar nga vendi i krimit<\/strong> dhe se nj\u00eb hetues mbajti t\u00eb fshehta provat q\u00eb <strong>tregonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm<\/strong> , p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb bashk\u00ebshortin e viktim\u00ebs, Orla Olesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas mbrojtjes, prokuror\u00ebt ishin af\u00ebr <strong>ngritjes s\u00eb akuzave kund\u00ebr tij<\/strong> , por nj\u00eb oficer policie u k\u00ebrkoi atyre <strong>t\u00eb mos vazhdonin<\/strong> me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdonin hetimin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Olra Olesen, e cila <strong>vdiq n\u00eb vitin 2009<\/strong> , i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb policis\u00eb se <strong>e kishte gjetur gruan e tij t\u00eb vdekur brenda sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre<\/strong> , pjes\u00ebrisht t\u00eb zhveshur dhe me duart e lidhura pas shpine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thika me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai ishte plagosur erdhi, sipas autoriteteve, <strong>nga kuzhina e \u00e7iftit<\/strong> dhe u gjet pran\u00eb trupit.
