drejtat e njeriut n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Picard ka qen\u00eb edhe gjykat\u00ebse e faz\u00ebs paraprake n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen ndaj ish-presidentit t\u00eb Republika Srpskas, Radovan Karaxhiq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gjat\u00eb atij procesi, Karaxhiqi kishte k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebrjashtimin e saj, duke argumentuar se ajo kishte pasur m\u00eb her\u00ebt nj\u00eb rol n\u00eb Dhom\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut n\u00eb Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00ebrkesa e tij ishte rr\u00ebzuar dhe Picard kishte vazhduar t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NINA Leonen, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebshilltares s\u00eb lart\u00eb juridike n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Prokurorit dhe juristes s\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e apelit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajo ka punuar edhe n\u00eb Dhomat e Jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb Gjykatave t\u00eb Kamboxhias, si dhe n\u00eb Tribunalet Penale Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb dhe Ruand\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, pal\u00ebt tashm\u00eb e kan\u00eb pranuar aktgjykimin me shkrim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas rregullave t\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara, pala q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb apeloj\u00eb aktgjykimin duhet t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb njoftimin p\u00ebr apel brenda 30 dit\u00ebsh nga pranimi i aktgjykimit me shkrim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb njoftim duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen bazat e
