K\u00ebto jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb gjeturat kryesore t\u00eb dy studimeve t\u00eb publikuara nga Oda Ekonomike Amerikane n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb: \u201cShkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb e Fuqis\u00eb Pun\u00ebtore dhe Nevojat e Bizneseve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cNdikimi Ekonomik nga Mungesa e Fuqis\u00eb Pun\u00ebtore dhe Shkatht\u00ebsive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb realizuara n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Iniciativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Fuqis\u00eb Pun\u00ebtore, me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Nd\u00ebrmarrje Private Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare (CIPE), q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Od\u00ebs Ekonomike t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs.<\/strong><br><br>Studimet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb biznese t\u00eb madh\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme nga prodhimi, sh\u00ebrbimet financiare, TIK-u, tregtia, sh\u00ebrbimet profesionale, hoteleria dhe turizmi, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia dhe sektor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. T\u00eb gjeturat tregojn\u00eb se 63.7% e bizneseve e konsiderojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ose shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb rekrutimin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb kualifikuar. Shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb teknike jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtirat p\u00ebr t\u2019u gjetur, nd\u00ebrsa mungesa t\u00eb theksuara evidentohen edhe n\u00eb shitje, menaxhim, lidership, inxhinieri dhe shkatht\u00ebsi digjitale. Pasojat reflektohen drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb performanc\u00ebn e bizneseve: 50% raportojn\u00eb produktivitet t\u00eb reduktuar, 33.3% kosto m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe 21.6% investime t\u00eb vonuara.<br><br>N\u00eb aspektin sektorial, prodhimi del nd\u00ebr sektor\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb prekur. 87.5% e bizneseve prodhuese raportojn\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi ose v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb rekrutimin e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb kualifikuar, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr profilet inxhinierike, teknike dhe t\u00eb prodhimit, nd\u00ebrsa 62.5% raportojn\u00eb ulje t\u00eb produktivitetit si pasoj\u00eb e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb kualifikuar. Presion i lart\u00eb v\u00ebrehet edhe n\u00eb tregtin\u00eb me pakic\u00eb, ku 80% raportojn\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb rekrutim.<br><br>P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtyre sfidave, sektori privat po investon konsideruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb zhvillimin e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore. 92.1% e bizneseve ofrojn\u00eb trajnime rregullisht ose her\u00eb pas here, nd\u00ebrsa 84.4% investojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb 20,000 euro n\u00eb vit n\u00eb trajnimin e punonj\u00ebsve. Tek kompanit\u00eb me 250 ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb punonj\u00ebs, 71.5% investojn\u00eb mbi 20,000 euro n\u00eb vit. Megjithat\u00eb, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebrputhjen e shkatht\u00ebsive t\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuarve me nevojat e biznesit mesatarisht vet\u00ebm 48.2 nga 100, duke evidentuar nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr lidhje m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet arsimit dhe tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<br><br>Ndikimi financiar i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore evidentohet m\u00eb tej n\u00eb studimin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb ndikimit ekonomik, ku 82% e bizneseve raportojn\u00eb munges\u00eb stafi ose boshll\u00ebqe n\u00eb shkatht\u00ebsi. K\u00ebto mungesa sjellin shpenzime shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr rekrutim, pun\u00eb jasht\u00eb orarit, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm dhe kontraktor\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebr trajnim e aft\u00ebsim. N\u00eb tregtin\u00eb me pakic\u00eb, disa kompani raportojn\u00eb mbi 20,000 euro shpenzime vjetore vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn jasht\u00eb orarit. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, 73% e bizneseve vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb se qasja adekuate n\u00eb pun\u00ebtor\u00eb me shkatht\u00ebsit\u00eb e duhura mund t\u2019ua rriste prodhimin ose t\u00eb hyrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 6% gjat\u00eb 12 muajve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb e treta vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb potencial p\u00ebr rritje mbi 10%.<br><br>Bazuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb gjetura, mund t\u00eb konkludohet se mungesa e fuqis\u00eb pun\u00ebtore dhe e shkatht\u00ebsive p\u00ebrb\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm sfid\u00eb t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, por edhe kosto konkrete, produktivitet t\u00eb humbur dhe potencial ekonomik t\u00eb parealizuar. Investimet q\u00eb bizneset tashm\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin e stafit nuk mund ta adresojn\u00eb t\u00eb vetme mosp\u00ebrputhjen nd\u00ebrmjet shkatht\u00ebsive q\u00eb ofron tregu dhe atyre q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon ekonomia.<br><br>Oda Ekonomike Amerikane rekomandon forcimin e arsimit dhe aft\u00ebsimit profesional sipas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tregut, zgjerimin e praktikave dhe m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshirjen e bizneseve n\u00eb zhvillimin e kurrikulave dhe krijimin e stimulimeve p\u00ebr trajnim dhe aft\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Gjithashtu, nevojitet p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i informacionit p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs dhe mekanizmave t\u00eb rekrutimit, si dhe mb\u00ebshtetja e investimeve n\u00eb teknologji q\u00eb rrisin produktivitetin.
