P\u00ebrmes tij forcohen masat parandaluese, transparenca, kompetencat institucionale dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Ndryshimet gjithashtu adresojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr avancimin e procesit t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Qendrore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) dhe mb\u00ebshtesin procesin e integrimit evropian\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri i Financave, Hekuran Murati, e cil\u00ebsoi miratimin e k\u00ebtij projektligji si hapin e fundit ligjor q\u00eb i nevojitet Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e kritereve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb SEPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSi\u00e7 e p\u00ebrmendi edhe kryeministri, pra b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ligjin apo pik\u00ebn e fundit, kushtin e fundit i cili duhet t\u00eb kalohet, pra t\u00eb miratohet nga Kuvendi, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ne t\u2019i plot\u00ebsojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kushtet sa i p\u00ebrket an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit ton\u00eb n\u00eb SEPA. Dy tentativat e m\u00ebparshme nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar me hyrjen e tij n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSi\u00e7 edhe ju e dini, \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e tret\u00eb pra q\u00eb po procedohet ky ligj n\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb. Dy her\u00eb t\u00eb kaluara pra ishte proceduar n\u00eb Kuvend. Her\u00ebn e par\u00eb kishte kaluar n\u00eb Kuvend, por q\u00eb Gjykata Kushtetuese e kishte rr\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr shkaqe procedurale, pra n\u00eb miratimin e seanc\u00ebs n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2024 q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. Her\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb ishte pra k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, pra n\u00eb mandatin e kaluar t\u00eb Kuvendit, n\u00eb legjislatur\u00ebn e kaluar, arriti t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb leximin e par\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo leximi i dyt\u00eb nuk arriti t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushet meqen\u00ebse Kuvendi u shp\u00ebrnda\u201d, tha ministri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Murati tha se tashm\u00eb projektligji i \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar s\u00ebrish procesit parlamentar, duke shprehur pritjen q\u00eb Kuvendi ta miratoj\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPra, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e tret\u00eb dhe po e procedojm\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, dhe nuk do t\u2019i shkoja m\u00eb gjat\u00eb meqen\u00ebse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dini, pra jeni t\u00eb njoftuar me projektligjin.
