Kurti tha se do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur\u00ebn p\u00ebr korrigjimin e k\u00ebtij aktgjykimi n\u00eb Apel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurti, ka folur edhe p\u00ebr vizit\u00ebn q\u00eb ka zhvilluar n\u00eb SHBA, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb sesionit t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb, ku tha se atje ka folur p\u00ebr personat e zhdukur,&nbsp;t\u00eb drejtat n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs, ekonomi etj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurti: Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs lindi si p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj represionit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, tha se deklarata e miratuar me 99 vota p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kuvendin e Republik\u00ebs rreth Aktgjykimit \u00ebsht\u00eb hapi i par\u00eb i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, q\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa krijon efekt juridik, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehje e vullnetit t\u00eb popullit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb zgjedhurve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAndaj, mir\u00ebpres dhe p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes k\u00ebt\u00eb hap fillestar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj thirrjeje p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet subjekteve politike parlamentare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb interesit shtet\u00ebror, duke bashk\u00ebrenduar me kujdes veprimet me ekipet mbrojt\u00ebse, sikurse edhe me ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb fush\u00ebs, ashtu q\u00eb t\u00eb mos gjendemi n\u00eb situata ku vendimet tona do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren si r\u00ebndes\u00eb apo d\u00ebm n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb kat\u00ebrshes Tha\u00e7i, Veseli, Selimi e Krasniqi. Si kryeminist\u00ebr i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka dim\u00eb e mundemi, bashk\u00eb me koleg\u00ebt nga Qeveria dhe jo vet\u00ebm, p\u00ebr korrigjimin e k\u00ebtij aktgjykimi kur t\u00eb vij\u00eb apeli dhe drejt\u00ebsia\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se Ushtria \u00c7lirimtare e Kosov\u00ebs lindi si p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj represionit, vrasjeve e masakrave, d\u00ebbimeve masive, spastrimit etnik e gjenocidit nga Serbia dhe ajo ishte bart\u00ebse e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr liri dhe \u00e7lirim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAktgjykimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, i cili p\u00ebrcaktoi nj\u00eb norm\u00eb t\u00eb re kushtetuese lidhur me rrjedh\u00ebn e afatit p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit ose presidentes, na v\u00eb p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb situate urgjente p\u00ebr veprim\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurti k\u00ebrkon veprime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr ish-krer\u00ebt e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri Albin Kurti ka njoftuar se ka zhvilluar takime t\u00eb ndara me Bedri Hamz\u00ebn dhe Lumir Abdixhikun, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr veprimet q\u00eb do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin pas aktgjykimit t\u00eb 16 shtatorit ndaj ish-krer\u00ebve t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurti, n\u00eb mbledhjen e Qeveris\u00eb, ka garantuar se do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin t\u00eb gjitha veprimet dhe gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb din\u00eb dhe munden, s\u00eb bashku me koleg\u00ebt e ekzekutivit. \u201cT\u00eb diel\u00ebn kam zhvilluar takime t\u00eb ndara me kryetar\u00ebt e Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Lidhjes Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar lidhur me veprimet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta n\u00eb raport me aktgjykimin e padrejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb 16 shtatorit, por edhe sfidat q\u00eb na presin p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb aspektin institucional, politik e shtet\u00ebror&#8221;, tha ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurti: Zgjedhjet e reja, t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura, t\u00eb panevojshme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti ka folur edhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e presidentit. \u201cNe kemi nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Lidhjen Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por e dim\u00eb q\u00eb ajo u shkel e u braktis nga gjasht\u00eb deputet\u00ebt e saj, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr q\u00eb ajo e kishte bekimin e kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre. Para nesh, sot, kemi edhe gjasht\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb vendit presidentin ose presidenten e re. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 arritjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb re, edhe zgjedhja e presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundshme.Rrjedhimisht, zgjedhjet e reja, t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura, t\u00eb panevojshme e t\u00eb kushtueshme, me pasoja t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, gjithsesi jan\u00eb t\u00eb shmangshme. Andaj, le t\u00eb ulemi bashk\u00eb, sepse zgjedhjet e reja, n\u00eb rast t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit, s\u00ebrish do t\u00eb na \u00e7onin n\u00eb zgjedhje. Ato, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se do t\u00eb na linin edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb pa Kuvend, k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb do t\u00eb na linin edhe me pasiguri p\u00ebr ushtrimin e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentit. Nd\u00ebrkaq, Qeveria do t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb detyr\u00eb\u201d, tha Kurti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ai tha se qytetar\u00ebt presin prej nesh m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. \u201cM\u00eb lejoni q\u00eb t\u00eb citoj pik\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb deklarat\u00ebs q\u00eb u votua me 99 vota p\u00ebr: \u201cKuvendi b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr hartimin e nj\u00eb strategjie t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shtet\u00ebrore, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs t\u00eb bashk\u00ebrendohen veprimet juridike, institucionale dhe diplomatike p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe afirmimin e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs s\u00eb plot\u00eb historike mbi luft\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr liri dhe \u00e7lirim t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dQytetar\u00ebt presin prej nesh m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, nd\u00ebrsa kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr institucione q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn, p\u00ebr ekonomi q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb rritet dhe p\u00ebr projekte q\u00eb ecin p\u00ebrpara. Kosova nuk e ka luksin t\u00eb humb\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb kriza t\u00eb panevojshme. Duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb qart\u00eb: nuk kemi nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, pa num\u00ebr, n\u00eb zgjedhje vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn pik\u00eb.
