{"id":34832,"date":"2026-09-30T15:54:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-30T13:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=34832"},"modified":"2026-09-30T16:23:56","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T14:23:56","slug":"atk-nis-verifikimin-e-bizneseve-qe-dyshohet-se-kane-kaluar-pragun-e-tvsh-se","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/09\/30\/atk-nis-verifikimin-e-bizneseve-qe-dyshohet-se-kane-kaluar-pragun-e-tvsh-se\/","title":{"rendered":"ATK nis verifikimin e bizneseve q\u00eb dyshohet se kan\u00eb kaluar pragun e TVSH-s\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Administrata Tatimore e Kosov\u00ebs ka identifikuar biznese q\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb deklarimet p\u00ebr vitet 2024 dhe 2025, mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb tejkaluar pragun ligjor prej 30 mij\u00eb eurosh p\u00ebr regjistrim n\u00eb TVSH.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Administrata Tatimore e Kosov\u00ebs (ATK) ka nisur procesin e monitorimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb kategorie t\u00eb tatimpaguesve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, bazuar n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb deklaruara p\u00ebr periudhat tatimore 2024 dhe 2025, ekzistojn\u00eb indikacione se mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kriterin ligjor p\u00ebr regjistrim n\u00eb Tatimin mbi Vler\u00ebn e Shtuar (TVSH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas legjislacionit tatimor n\u00eb fuqi, personat q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb aktivitet ekonomik n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur jan\u00eb t\u00eb obliguar t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb TVSH n\u00ebse brenda vitit kalendarik tejkalojn\u00eb qarkullimin prej 30 mij\u00eb eurosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATK ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se procesi i monitorimit ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim verifikimin e sakt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb deklarimeve dhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e obligimeve tatimore nga ana e bizneseve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institucioni u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje tatimpaguesve q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kategori t\u00eb rishikojn\u00eb deklarimet e tyre, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat lidhur me qarkullimin e realizuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb rast se bizneset konstatojn\u00eb pasakt\u00ebsi n\u00eb deklarime ose vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kriteret ligjore p\u00ebr regjistrim n\u00eb TVSH, ATK k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin me koh\u00eb veprimet p\u00ebr korrigjimin e deklarimeve dhe regjistrimin n\u00eb TVSH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ATK gjithashtu u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje bizneseve q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces ta kryejn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vullnetare, para fillimit t\u00eb procedurave t\u00eb verifikimit nga administrata tatimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cP\u00ebrmbushja e obligimeve tatimore n\u00eb koh\u00eb u mund\u00ebson tatimpaguesve t\u00eb shmangin pasojat dhe masat ligjore q\u00eb mund t\u00eb aplikohen n\u00eb rast t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb tyre\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin e ATK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, numri i bizneseve t\u00eb regjistruara n\u00eb TVSH vazhdon t\u00eb rritet.
