{"id":34959,"date":"2026-10-01T11:56:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T09:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/?p=34959"},"modified":"2026-10-01T12:56:59","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T10:56:59","slug":"mbyllet-per-publikun-seanca-ndaj-pantiqit-dhe-zariqit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kosovatimes.info\/index.php\/2026\/10\/01\/mbyllet-per-publikun-seanca-ndaj-pantiqit-dhe-zariqit\/","title":{"rendered":"Mbyllet p\u00ebr publikun seanca ndaj Pantiqit dhe Zariqit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seanca e s\u00eb enjtes n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb gjykimin ndaj Momir Pantiqit dhe Zharko Zariqit, \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura p\u00ebr publikun, pasi n\u00eb t\u00eb do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar anonim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00eb akuzuarit Pantiq dhe Zariq po p\u00ebrballen me akuza p\u00ebr krime lufte kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile n\u00eb rajonin e Istogut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetarja e trupit gjykues, Donik\u00eb Shala-Abdyli, njoftoi n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs se do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet d\u00ebshmitari anonim me kodin \u201cB1\u201d, ndaj t\u00eb cilit gjykata ka caktuar masa mbrojt\u00ebse dhe urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr anonimitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokurorja speciale, Florije Salihu-Shamolli, k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb seanca t\u00eb zhvillohej pa pranin\u00eb e publikut, duke e arsyetuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn me ndjeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e rastit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI propozoj Gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb kjo seanc\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndjeshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb rastit\u201d, deklaroi prokurorja Salihu-Shamolli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mbrojt\u00ebsit e t\u00eb akuzuarve, avokat\u00ebt Millosh Deleviq dhe Dejan Vasiq, nuk kund\u00ebrshtuan k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb, duke ia l\u00ebn\u00eb vendimin trupit gjykues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas k\u00ebsaj, Gjykata vendosi q\u00eb seanca t\u00eb zhvillohej me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb 1 shtator 2024 nga Prokuroria Speciale e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Momir Pantiq, ish-kryeshef i Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Istog, dhe ish-polici Zharko Zariq akuzohen se, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebkryerje, kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKrimi i luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, ngjarjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat akuzohen t\u00eb pandehurit lidhen me muajin maj t\u00eb vitit 1999 dhe zhvillimet n\u00eb Burgun e Dubrav\u00ebs, pas bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prokuroria pretendon se m\u00eb 19 maj 1999, pas bombardimeve n\u00eb Burgun e Dubrav\u00ebs, ku mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb vrar\u00eb tre t\u00eb burgosur shqiptar\u00eb, Pantiq, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryeshefit t\u00eb Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Istog, s\u00eb bashku me pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb forcave policore serbe, kishte shkuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb kontrollin e situat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, pasi pushuan bombardimet, pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb policis\u00eb dhe gardian\u00eb hyn\u00eb n\u00eb dhomat e t\u00eb burgosurve dhe ushtruan dhun\u00eb ndaj tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKan\u00eb ushtruar dhun\u00eb sistematike, duke i rrahur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mizore dhe \u00e7njer\u00ebzore, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr faktin se ishin shqiptar\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb aktakuz\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aktakuza p\u00ebrshkruan edhe ngjarjet e 21 majit 1999, kur, sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, n\u00eb Burgun e Dubrav\u00ebs mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb vrar\u00eb 18 t\u00eb burgosur shqiptar\u00eb dhe dhjet\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb u plagos\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas pretendimeve t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, t\u00eb burgosurit shqiptar\u00eb u mblodh\u00ebn n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sportit t\u00eb burgut, ku m\u00eb pas pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb armatosura dyshohet se hap\u00ebn zjarr ndaj tyre me arm\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, nd\u00ebrsa nga ana tjet\u00ebr e murit t\u00eb burgut u hodh\u00ebn edhe bomba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhen edhe pretendime p\u00ebr rr\u00ebmbimin dhe dhunimin seksual t\u00eb nj\u00eb civili shqiptar, t\u00eb identifikuar me pseudonimin \u201cA1\u201d.
