Sipas deklarat\u00ebs, \u201clufta e Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ishte pjes\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjekjes s\u00eb popullit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, jet\u00ebs, dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor, liris\u00eb individuale dhe kolektive, si dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar i lir\u00eb nga represioni dhe dhuna.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet edhe konteksti i dhun\u00ebs sistematike, d\u00ebbimeve masive dhe d\u00ebbimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara, sipas Universitetit, me shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda dhe sistematike t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs humanitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cK\u00ebto zhvillime p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb dokumentuara t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb kontekstit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin duhet t\u00eb kuptohet lufta e saj p\u00ebr liri\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs i referohet edhe nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb NATO-s, duke theksuar se ajo duhet t\u00eb kuptohet \u201cn\u00eb kontekstin e kriz\u00ebs humanitare, t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur, t\u00eb d\u00ebbimeve t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e saj.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e deklarat\u00ebs i kushtohet opinionit k\u00ebshillimor t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb 22 korrikut 2010. Universiteti thekson se n\u00eb at\u00eb opinion Gjykata arriti n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se deklarata e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e 17 shkurtit 2008 nuk kishte shkelur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senati i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs n\u00ebnvizon se e v\u00ebrteta historike duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet p\u00ebrmes dokumenteve, d\u00ebshmive, k\u00ebrkimit shkencor dhe debatit t\u00eb hapur akademik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cE v\u00ebrteta p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs nuk duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet mbi mohimin, relativizimin apo instrumentalizimin politik t\u00eb historis\u00eb, por mbi shqyrtimin kritik dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb fakteve\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteti shprehet i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb me kapacitetet e tij akademike, shkencore dhe institucionale n\u00eb dokumentimin dhe studimin e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb d\u00ebbimin dhe dhun\u00ebn sistematike ndaj popullsis\u00eb civile, p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e viktimave dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb zhvendosurve, si dhe proceset q\u00eb, sipas deklarat\u00ebs, \u00e7uan drejt liris\u00eb dhe shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ky angazhim, sipas Universitetit, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn \u201cnj\u00eb detyrim ndaj s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, ndaj viktimave dhe brezave q\u00eb e p\u00ebrjetuan luft\u00ebn, por edhe ndaj brezave t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta njohin historin\u00eb e vendit t\u00eb tyre mbi baz\u00ebn e fakteve, dokumenteve dhe standardeve akademike.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteti i Prishtin\u00ebs deklaron se do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb lirin\u00eb akademike, k\u00ebrkimin shkencor dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr studimin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pa frik\u00eb, presion apo nd\u00ebrhyrje politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Universiteti thekson se mbetet i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion ekspertiz\u00ebn dhe kapacitetet e tij akademike p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet q\u00eb synojn\u00eb dokumentimin dhe ndri\u00e7imin e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs historike p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs, rrug\u00ebn drejt liris\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrtimin e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Senati i Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs ka publikuar nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb lidhur me luft\u00ebn \u00e7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, duke theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur, t\u00eb paanshme dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb prova, si dhe nevoj\u00ebn q\u00eb historia e luft\u00ebs t\u00eb trajtohet n\u00eb kontekstin e saj politik, shoq\u00ebror dhe humanitar.
